As far as fast food burrito chains go, in Boston this place tops my list. Boloco doesn’t count because they’re just rebranded wraps, and Chipotle comes in a close second – but hello, Qdoba has SAUCES. So many SAUCES! Delicious hickory barbecue sauce, tasty queso… I’m sure there are others, but with the two aforementioned, why would I need anything else in my burrito? Yeah, they put it in the burrito. Nacho-type cheese all up in yo beans and rice. That’s what I’m talkin’ about, y’all! Since they’re newer to this location, you can also beat the crazy out-the-door line at Chipotle by climbing on the Qdoba train. Q Q!(If you read it out loud, it’s like you’re saying choo-choo! …man, I really held your hand through this review, huh?) Check in with your Unilocal app and get some free chips and queso on them.

Dining in: 3.5 stars– The line tends to be long during the usual 12−1pm office lunch rush hour(it moves depending on what people are ordering, if they know what they want in advance, etc.), seating options aren’t bad compared to most food spots in the downtown area, and the staff is friendly. My suggestion is to order online prior to arrival — your food will be ready when you get there and you can skip the line! Catering: 5– stars! We have ordered from the catering menu twice, and the customer service is nothing short of outstanding. Jose R. took the order over the phone. He was very clear, concise, and pleasant. Jose S. was the actual deliverer; he too was pleasant, friendly, and more than willing to assist with setup. Both: Rewards points come in handy and are easy to redeem! The food is tasty, similar to that of Chipotle, but with more variety. & the craft 2 is perfect for the indecisive, like myself :)
