Best cuts in town. It is the only place I have found «vacio» (skirts) for Argentina’s asado. You can find skirt in many places but not the whole part in one piece.

There’s something really special about going to a store where the delivery truck pulls up in front, opens the back of the truck, and there are a dozen or so whole frozen goats hanging by their hind legs.
You go in, and you can get goat chops, goat shoulders, goat heads (seriously). They also have beef, chicken, pork, lamb, etc., in traditional and less traditional cuts. Their motto — «We never give you a bum steer» — gets it just about right. If you want meat from any domesticated animal, this is your place. Cheap, fast, and delicious (well, once you cook it it is).
