I come here every year. Cool staff. The needles won’t kill you. Just come in and be responsible for yourself and the people you share yourself with. Plus, the grumpy old man who used to terrorize people is retired now, so it’s a friendlier atmosphere.

What Delores said. Open 8:30 — 5. Testing happens 9 — 4. I’ve had a range of experiences with STD-testing centers, from the absolutely horrifically rude and condescending, to the sweetest and most humane. Project Trust is top-tier. Fast, polite, gentle, and very competent. Very chill atmosphere. The fellow who always administers my tests is as rock-solid and steady, soothing, and professional as I’ve ever met. The woman who’s always at the desk is reassuring, kind, and sharp. No ill freaky vibes here. No nasty tone during the Q & A when I recount past less-safe experimentation. Results in 20 minutes. Right off the No. 1 bus line. Free. They have a water cooler, and free coffee. Get tested, people; it’s not as scary as it sounds. ;)

So… if your reproductive organs are ‘in-use’ so to speak and you can’t be sure that your bed buddy is untemptable, you should know about this place. Project Trust provides HIV testing at a price you can afford(by that I mean you name the price). The service they provide is invaluable, they’re located convenient to a major bus line and the staff is professional and discreet. An oral swab will do the trick, you’ll know your ‘sign’ in 30 minutes and as GI Joe said: «Knowing is half the battle». I encourage you to leave as generous a donation as you can to maintain the availability and quality of service. We all need testing! *dismount soapbox*
