Such a great experience. Allo did an excellent job of organizing the tour itinerary. He’s also just a really great guy, friendly and knowledgeable, and eager to make sure that everyone is having an enjoyable time. Being able to take a trip across the border and explore the NH beer scene without worrying about transport/planning is fantastic. I highly recommend booking a spot on one of his tours!

An avid beer geek, I took this tour on a snowy Saturday in February and had an absolute blast. In addition to the tour director being a great host, the other beer folks on the bus were a lot of fun. With four brewery stops, all including several samples and two including food, my cohort and I went home having consumed our fair share of food and drink. The choice of breweries was great, as Portsmouth is a terrific craft beer city, and the staff who welcomed us was knowledgeable and accommodating. Weather you’re a beer geek like me, a novice wanting to learn more about beer, or just up for a full day of good fun, I think you’ll find this tour tour top notch.

Perfect way to spend a Saturday with like minded, beer seeking, people! The pick up starts at assembly row, where people all, you know, assemble. The bus soon takes off for a little under an hour on 93. First stop is Smuttynose which has a superb facility. Second is Earth Eagle where you get to sample Gruit ales(my first time trying this). Third was a stop at Beara which, from the outside, looks like you might be heading in for a manicure. And lastly, my favorite was Throwback. A cute little farmhouse feel with incredible food and beer. Once finished you’re brought back to assembly row. It’s a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon, although for ours we hit a pretty serious snow squall on the way home! Wether you’re a beer nerd or a newby this tour hits some serious spots! I will definitely be back again. Allo is the man! Get on one of these!!!

Awesome tour and can’t wait to go again! From the super convenient bus at the Assembly Row T stop to comfy bus and the on-board snacks and water, I couldn’t have asked for a better tour. The trip was fun and the day flew by. Allo, the owner of the company and your tour guide, is friendly and very knowledgeable, providing background information on the breweries and basic beer info to provide a comprehensive beer tour experience. We made 4 stops at Portsmouth area breweries that included tours, tastings, and even lunch at one of the breweries. Allo provides a friendly environment and encourages camaraderie among the tour guests, which makes for a more memorable experience. Pints of Portsmouth is the perfect day trip from Boston for anyone looking for fun, delicious beer, and great company! Thank you Pints of Portsmouth for a great tour!

I’ve been on a few brew tours in my day and I must say this one was by far the best! It was super easy to get to(orange line to Assembly and the warm bus is waiting when you get off, but there is plenty of parking too) and you can even drink on the bus!(no glass, bring cans) On the stops you get plenty to drink, all varieties, stouts, ipas, pilsners and more! best part is… its all included, but you can also purchase growlers(or bring your own, since its NH not MA) and to-go bottles at the breweries(cans at smuttynose). My favorite spot was Throwback which had amazing food and even better beer! I got a pastrami sandwich that was enough for me and my buddy. The owner was AWESOME and very accommodating to our group. Bus kept us warm in the winter and I will definitely be going on this one in the Summer again! (oh and stupid me left my sunglasses on the bus and was notified about them before I even noticed they were missing! Thanks Allo!)

This was so much fun. And I can’t wait to go again. The bus meets you at Assembly Row in Somerville right off the T. And was super easy to find. Allo is your guide and he is so nice and very knowledgeable. He encourages you to stay hydrated by providing plenty of water which is extremely helpful since you are allowed to drink the entire ride. It’s about a 45 minute ride to your first stop. Once in the area, everything is within a 15 minute ride. Brewery after Brewery you are offered samples of some really great beer as you receive a tour. You also have a quick snack at one of the Breweries but you definitely have time to order a full meal if at all interested. Allo makes sure your set up at each location and gives fair warnings before you leave. It was the perfect amount of time at each location. Over all, a great way to tour breweries out in Portsmouth NH and have a responsible driver take you home. Thank you Allo!!! I will go again for sure.

Pints of Portsmouth Brew Tours is a fun and exciting day out of the city where you don’t have to worry about driving or where to go next because your tour guide has that covered. I’m used to the«big» breweries in Boston and it was so cool to walk into small, hidden gems of breweries with great atmospheres and even better funkier beer. Throwback Brewery may have been my favorite, a brewery built inside the barn of a once working farm! Took home a growler of the Spicy Bohemian and I can’t wait to go back for more!

I had a great time on the Pints of Portsmouth brew tour. We went to 3 breweries and enjoyed good company with like-minded folks on ride up to the Portsmouth area and back. Allo is an experienced tour guide with a fun personality and an intense love for beer. If you like beer and not having to worry about driving home buzzed, you’re going to have a good time! Plus… there are snacks provided on the bus(a big plus!)
