Love Peets and so happy there is one close to my work office. The people working seem happy to be there and genuinely care about getting my coffee order right. Make the coffee with love … I swear it tastes better! Big fan. Recommend. Bonus — if you are a Capital one customer there are more perks :)

Went in to grab a quick coffee while sightseeing the freedom trail yesterday. Before getting my coffee, I needed to use the rest rooms, there were two«security guards» at the desk area near the facilities, not sure if they were bank employees or Peet’s employees, but either way, they weren’t very helpful or friendly. I asked them where the rest rooms were, they said I needed to get a door lock code from the cashier. So I had to wait in line in order to use the rest room. Later, upon leaving, there were a group of younger girls that hurried in to use the rest room and were given the code without having to wait in line to get one from the cashier. I felt discriminated against here and for that reason, I will not be returning.

The coffee is nice. The people who work here are quite friendly. The tables are disgustingly sticky and gross.

Nice to finally find a Peet’s in Boston, but this store in special is in a corner receiving direct afternoon sunlight(would say on half the tables). Changed places 3 times and couldn’t get a good one to sit without the sunlight hitting my eyes like a laser beam. As for Wi-Fi, not that I needed it this time because I was working on my book, but I guess they don’t provide it. At least didn’t find any named Peet’s. But, for those of you looking for a place to use Apple Pay, this is a place that accept it :-)

I’m always confused when I come to Peet’s. I can’t tell if this is a bank or a café… Regardless, I make any excuse I can to come to Park Street for their americano. I am a Starbucks Gold Star snob(hey, at least I admit it), which means I grab my venti americano every morning and get that star to rack up my rewards… that was until Peet’s completely obliterated my daily routine. The americano at Peet’s is more expensive than Starbucks(maybe by $ 0.30 to $ 0.40), but it’s exponentially better, so I always take the extra time to grab my Peet’s americano. I am not enough of a coffee aficionado to describe to you the«end notes» or the differences in the«body», but I CAN say that I much prefer Peet’s for reasons I do not know. I am not a cap one member, but the half off drinks sure makes me want to become one.

Great coffee shop and half off drinks if you pay with your cap one card! ree, no hassle wi-fi that actually works. Peet’s coffee is good, as always. The Cap One employees aren’t pushy at all, and they were helpful and courteous whenever a customer had a question. Sat here and worked for two hours on my laptop with a view of the park. Will be my go-to coffee shop – especially if they keep doing the half off deal
