Siempre disfruto de Panera. Una sopa crema de tomate en una tarde fría es un placer. No dejes de venir, los panes son riquísimos.

I was seeing blue man group in about an hour. I was starving! So I popped into this panera for a salad and sammich. I got the chicken cobb with no gorgonzola and the roasted turkey BLT for my second part of the U pick 2 deal. Because I didn’t like gorg cheese, the cashier asked if I’d like another cheese, and I asked for cheddar. I waited a bit for my order, but they were just understaffed in the kitchen, and I understand. It’s not fun holding down the fort by yourself when you’re down a person or 5. They were trying as best as they could to expedite orders, and I got it. I was happy with my order and my meal was delicious. Service was good too! It’s clean, and in quite the central locale to have access to everything in the theater district.

ALRIGHTEVERYONELISTENUP. PANERABREADSISNOTHINGSHORTOF A PORTALTOHELL– I am not going to stand here and not voice my concerns for the public. Panera Breads is essentially vat of yeast filled LIES. While all you college kids think you are getting freshly made pasta, lovingly made soups and gingerly made baked goods, THEREALITYISQUITEDIFFERENT. 1. The soups are manufactured in a faceless factory. Packaged by ROBOTSIN A BIGPLASTICBAG, sent via semi truck to your local Panera. 2. The pasta isn’t made fresh, it isn’t boiled to al dente… it is MICROWAVED by the morally numb employees of the restaurant. 3. The baguettes you opt for as a side option, are not made fresh at location. BUTWHERE? 4. The coffee is made in 45 seconds and uses the tears of employees who get denied their day off requests… boiled and burned then placed out with fake names. Way back in a simpler time(1987) Kade King, Ken Rosenthal and Ronald M. Shaich had a vision. A vision to provide freshly crafted soups, artisan sandwiches and warm bread to the masses. A vision to separate themselves from the reality of the cocaine filled penny stock 1980s. Today in 2015, we have let down that original vision. I weep…

ABSOLUTELYDISGUSTING. First off I love Panera but this location is by far the most disgusting one I have been to & makes me not want Panera ever again. There were 2 tiny hairs in my sandwich so I went & complained so they made me a new one. THECHEFHAD A BEARD. Hmm wonder how the hair got in there. So then I eat my soup & find a hair in that too. Every employee here is scummy & rude so I didn’t even bother complaining again.

I don’t have much detail on this place but I do know a few things so let me give you a run down. –The staff is super nice –The place is always cleaned and organized. –The food is decent. –The star of the show for me is their raw & organic juices, although they only have two options. –They have a comfortable outdoor patio on the front of the restaurant which is nice in the summer.

I am not the biggest fan of Panera but they do have some reliable favorites. However, I would never recommend going to Panera later at night like I did. Not only did they have a poor selection of food available, as one would expect, but one of the sandwiches we got was poorly made. The bread was soggy and falling apart and the avocado was so unripe it was hard as a rock. However, they did kindly give me a whole tuna sandwich instead of just half in my pick two combo, their one saving grace. I would recommend sticking to Panera earlier in the day and NOT past 8 pm.

Great location! That’s the best thing about this Panera. And they have more seating than I would have imagined. Standard Panera fare — always good!

Considering that I’m not a huge fan of panera’s chain food but no complaints because there was outdoor seating and a lot of seats available indoors as well! Staff were nice, food was average Ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad along with my friend who ordered the same thing as well haha. They gave us a generous amount of bread on the side with our half orders!

Not enough Vegan items, and rarely marked when they are there. The staff we asked weren’t knowledgeable about whether or not the food would make us sick(my sister and I are both Vegans with dairy allergies). It is a nice place to sit with a group and play board games or discuss a protest, but both times I’ve only felt the tea was safe enough to order.

I’ve gone to several Panera shops and been reasonably satisfied. But this place was absolutely horrible. We went in but didn’t realize it was 10 minutes before close. We tried to order but everything we chose was«out of that» or the person helping us didn’t know what was in it. She was rude, unhelpful and put out by our troubling them. Finally we ordered what they had left and started to sit down. Only to be told that we could not sit and that our order would be «to go». GO? We were visiting town and had been on our feet all day. They should have told us to go only before we ordered. So…, we asked for a refund and to cancel our orders. OMG, you would think we were the worst customers ever. The person I think was the manager had to figure out how to refund our cards. That was as equally frustrating and time consuming as our attempts to order. Finally after wasting 20 minutes at Panera, we went to the business next door and got a beer and sandwich(Rock Bottom). They were nice and unlike this Panera, happy to have customers. b

I love my bread and soup from Panera. Unfortunately, this Panera is average at best. I’ve been here a few times. I have eaten in and also gotten take-out. The restaurant is one floor, pretty standard set up. It gets pretty busy during lunch time, since it’s located in Chinatown/Theatre District. It may be difficult to find a vacant table. But no worries, you can always get your food to go. The Rapid Pick Up makes things so much easier. There is no additional fee. The online menu had a very organized layout with a description, photo, and calorie for each item. I placed my order and walked over, and a staff handed a brown bag to me as soon as I walked up to the pick up area. It took less than 10 minutes. Talk about efficiency! My food was carefully packaged in paper boxes. The bag also came with napkins and utensils, which I thought was very thoughtful. If only the food was as good as the service… I normally get a Pick Two with half a sandwich and a small bowl of soup. When I dined in at the restaurant, the quality of the food was pretty good. Everything tasted fresh and was up to par as food at other Panera. However, when I got it to go, my chicken frontega sandwich was not very well made. The sandwich maker skimped on the fillings. There was so much sauce in the sandwich that it was dripping down my palm as I bit into it. The tomato soup was too sour, and did not come with croutons like the menu stated. The apple was probably one of the smallest apples I have ever seen… The quality of the food is not consistent. Service is overall pretty good considering how busy it gets. I probably would still come every now and then, because it’s such a convenient place to grab a quick lunch.

I love, love, love Panera on most occasions. That being said, this is the WORST location I have ever been to. The times I have not been incredibly disappointed by the food(which you would think would taste the same as the other locations) it was mediocre at best. Two incidents I feel are worth mentioning. The first, I placed an order for a «you pick two» and was told I had a free bakery item through the rewards program, so I asked for a chocolate cookie. When I took my food back to school with me, not only did I notice I had been charged for the cookie on my receipt, but after a couple bites into it I noticed a long hair baked into the thing which I pulled out with disgust. I’m not the type to go straight to Unilocal to complain so I wrote the store about it first. They apologized, offered me a gift card, and I(stupidly) agreed to come back and try the store again. Then a couple of nights ago I ordered a turkey BLT on wheat bread with mustard for pick up. When I got it home, not only was the sandwich not wrapped well, so that all of the ingredients fell out into the bag, but the sandwich was SOAKINGWET! I mean the bread was so soggy it was like someone had dropped it in a vat of water before trying to serve it to me. On top of that there were globs and globs of mayo and mustard plopped on, like whoever made it was mad I asked them to add something to it. I got the sandwich home 15 minutes after it was made so there’s no way it got this soggy naturally. Seriously guys? Why would anyone serve a sandwich like that? I’m just so disappointed and once again I wrote the store first to let them know. I was apologized to and offered a gift card again, but neither that one, nor the first, has ever showed up. I WILLNEVERBEBACKTOTHATLOCATIONAGAIN!

Bad News: This is the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. Good News: That doesn’t say TOO much because it’s still Panera. Panera is my absolute favorite go-to place for lunch. Can’t get enough of it. I’ve been to quite a few locations, and this one just doesn’t live up to the standards of the others. The atmosphere is all the same, but I tend to find that the sandwiches here are really sloppily made compared to other locations. I’ve also been given cold mac and cheese, flimsy salad portions, and apples of questionable freshness. It’s still the preferable option for lunch when it’s next to a food court and Subway, but it pales in comparison to other Paneras.

Another consistent Panera location across the United States! We stopped in one morning for breakfast while staying across the street at the W Hotel. The egg souffles are my favorite and this location was no exception. Friendly staff, convenient and busy location, and quality, reasonable food.

First, your coffee is awful. The entire company has absolutely no knowledge of espresso whatsoever. Second, I will NEVER return to this location. After about 35 minutes, when we finished eating, the manager threw me and my gf out because there were other people waiting. THAT’S NOTMYPROBLEM. You’re a restaurant in downtown Boston. You’re bound to get busy around 6:00PM. How can you rationalize asking paying customers to leave? I will never set foot in this panera again. Go screw.

I normally don’t write review but this time, I must drop this store a review. They got my online order wrong today, if it’s not because my son can’t eat it I won’t complain. After called them up, the manager offers to make a new one for me. I went to pick up and he offered a free cookies for my son. That is very nice! It didn’t stop there. When we got back to hotel and found out they gave us a full size bread plus an apple too! I was so happy! My son loves apple. We both a happy camper now :) Thanks for such a great service!

I loved their strawberry poppyseed salad(4.5 stars!) but it’s a seasonal item, BOO, and there’s nothing as good any more(2 stars). Bring it back!

Ordered a turkey sandwich online. Picked it up, went home and opened up the sandwich and there was no turkey on the sandwich. I ended up with lettuce, tomato, and bread(oh, a very sad piece of unripe avocado). Seriously?

Aaah it’s Panera, I usually come in here for a quick bagel w/butter + coffee to go. This time I came and grabbed a pasta(portion was way to small) + salad and an apple that was bruised on all sides. Definitely just gonna stick to my bagels. Perks: Free wifi!

I won’t rate the food, because everyone has been to a Panera Bread before lol. Came here for a quickie breakfast before heading out of town. There was a decent line, but it looks like we just beat the rush! Only reason why it’s not rated 4+ is because they were so busy and short staffed it seems, that they forgot to give me my fresh cookies when we ordered, and it didn’t come with out food. When I went back to the front, there were other guests complaining that they didn’t get their items either. Probably a bad day or maybe just a crazy morning for them? Still a solid choice if you are looking for chain.

Panera in Boston is just like Panera elsewhere. Queue up at the counter to place your order and if it’s a simple one like a sliced bagel or a pastry from the counter, you’ll get it immediately. Sandwiches and suchlike will be prepared from the kitchen and you’ll get a pager to let you know when it’s time to pick it up. Lots of seating and power outlets here for the laptop crowd. Free wifi worked okay for me. Tip: Get a «My Panera» card to earn free food.
