WE love the restaurant but their frozen foods have so much sugar, you will think you are eating a milkyway candy bar!!!

So unsatisfied of services. We ordered Draft beer and other drinks. After serving the others, They said no draft beer today, so we changed to other, but the all draft beer were put in the bill. And they didn’t serve two dishes we ordered. And ice water finally served after request for twice during the meal even they said they’ll bring it before the meal!

Everything we have eaten here is amazing. The bartenders are all friendly and have such quick service. The Kung Pao scallops are some of the best we have ever tried. All of the vegetarian options are so good. All of the food seems healthy and is yummy!

My husband and I ate @ this location during our recent trip to Boston. Neither of us had ever been to a P.F. Chang’s before, but it was right near our hotel and it was large enough and empty enough on a Sunday night that bringing our 2 year old daughter inside in her stroller wouldn’t be a problem. The waitress was super nice and very accommodating and everything we ate was GOOD. I had some type of cucumber cocktail that was delicious. I don’t know if all P.F. Chang’s are like this one, but we both really enjoyed our experience.

Had to work late in the office and decided to order takeout from PF Changs since my coworkers wanted it. I had dined in once before and the food was okay but overpriced. Couldn’t fight the majority so had to go with it and order food from here. I ordered the Shanghai Waldorf Salad with chicken. Pretty big sized salad so that was a good thing. However, the amount of dressing did not match the amount of salad. I felt like I was eating dry vegetables. It was kale and kale definitely needs a good amount of dressing. I did not even notice any walnuts or the dryness overshadowed it. I would have to say I was full afterwards, which is rare with salads. Good portion but not enough dressing.

This was my second time at this location. Today we had outside seating which I have to add the chairs outside were very comfortable and they were actually benches which was awesome! Appetizers– crab Rangoon which was pretty crabby tasting but still good and we ordered the pork dumplings that I crave every day!!! They were out of one of the trio sauces but we didn’t use that one anyways! Entrees– beef and broccoli my first time having and I will definitely order again it was amazing and my boyfriend got changs chicken which I got the last time! Service was great she checked on us multiple times and refilled our drinks! Will be back to this one soon!

Recently had a meal that I didn’t like. I felt that it was over cooked and I sent it back. The kitchen manager immediately came to the table to apologize and brought me a new entrée. The first item was taken off the bill. Great customer service. BTW the second entrée was great!

This was my first visit ever to a P. F. Chang’s. The food was really good as where the drinks. The wait staff outnumbered the tables yet we had long waits, especially to take our order. We had to track down another waitress to find our waiter. I’m still into going to P. F. Chang’s. Just not this location.

I have been to many PF Chang’s, but have never received the amazing service as I experienced today. I ordered the wonton soup, and unfortunately it was not properly cooked. When I brought it to the attention of the server, he quickly worked with the Manager to make it right! Meredith is an awesome manager and dispute my minor issue, because of her hospitality, I look forward to dining at that location again soon.

While there were some issues(lettuce wraps shouldn’t take 30 mins, your entrée shouldn’t come out at the same time as your app…), my waiter was phenomenal and the manager proactively came and gave me a free app and apologized.

Last weekend was #7 the times I went to this restaurant, and my and my wife loves it. The wait time even for Valentines Weekend was not present, we got our food pretty quick. The staff are awesome, the food is awesome and everything else on the menu is well cooked and awesome. For a night out I do go to PF Changs

Oh, good gravy. Not going to bring myself to review the allegedly Asian version of Applebee’s, Ruby Tuesday’s, etc. Nice waitress. SLOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWW service — even getting a drink. Only two of us but one person’s food was served THIRTYMINUTES later than the other person’s — ANDITWASBLOODYCOLD. Gross, tacky clip joint. Ewww. Fin.

The ambiance was great but the service and food were terrible. The wait for our food and drinks was long. The food was salty or simply lacking flavor. The drinks took 20 minutes to get to us. They almost forgot to bring out my friends birthday cake. A server dropped a tray on the woman directly behind me(as we were seated in the middle of the restaurant). With all the dishes crashing to the ground. It took them 30 minutes to process a card for a party of four. I will NEVER go to another PF Changs again. I wish I could’ve given them NO stars !

We come here every week and generally order Chang’s Spicy Chicken and Crispy Honey Chicken with the Organic Green Tea. Sometimes I’ll grab a delicious strawberry lemonade on hotter days. It’s’ all delicious and fantastic. The service is fabulous and speed is perfect.

Made a reservation for New Year’s Eve. Of course it was busy, and we had to wait for our table. When we were seated, before we had even a second to look at the menu, the waiter asked us if we wanted an appetizer. We looked quickly and selected the lettuce wraps. After the waiter left, we looked over the menu and ordered the Chang’s for Two. However, when we ordered, we were told the lettuce wraps we previously ordered could NOT be included in the special because we didn’t order them at the same time as our entrees. Ridiculous! I even asked to speak to a manager and was told they were too busy. As far as I’m concerned, this trickery and poor customer service is not worth the mediocre over-salted food. Definitely won’t be back.

I had lunch here yesterday with a friend who needs gluten-free offerings, and we sat at the bar at noontime and the food came out quickly and the drinks were flowing. I feel badly for previous reviewers who write of slow service and/or bad food, but our experience at the bar was the complete opposite. Actually, during lunch we discussed that sitting at the bar often results in quicker service in most places, so if you are pressed for time, sit at the bar, chat with your friend(s) or make new ones sitting on either side of you. Merry Christmas to the nice bartender at noon on December 23rd!

Goos as far as PF Changs go. We hit it at a reasonably slow time and food and service was great.

The wait time was way too long, and very disappointing dishes. I had the coconut curry vegetables with brown rice. It tasted very oily, and barely had any coconut curry. The rice was extremely dry. I will not go back there.

Their bartender, Denise, is excellent, but the bar is right by the door, which does not have a curtain around it, so I kept getting blasted with cold air every time someone opened it. The food is great though, and worth coming in for, especially if you have allergies.

So, we went here after a comedy show and it was the worst food ever. First off they were out of Sapporo, so we ordered Stella. When she asked if we wanted another one, of course we said«yes», but it wasn’t until she came back after a few minutes, to tell us they were out of that too. The Edamame was cold, and did not taste cooked at all. The only thing that was good was the Kung Pao but other than that, I will not be back.

Nice branding, terrible service. I am not gonna comment on the food because you know you are not getting Chinese here, but the place is indeed nice and comfortable. I was here the other night and I guess we didn’t get the happiest waitress. No smile at all, was annoyed and impatient. She was rushing us all night even though the place was half empty. The worst part was the bill, my friend put 2⁄3 on his card and I put 1⁄3 on mine. When we got the slips, we saw they included suggested tips for our convenience. So without thinking(it was late and we had some drinks), we just tipped what was suggested. It wasn’t until we left the place that we realized that suggested tip was for the entire bill! So we basically double tipped for the terrible service. That’s very unethical of them. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Went here again last month and it was great. Tasty Chinese and Asian Fusion items on the menu… it didn’t dissappoint. This will definately be our place to go when we visit Boston and need our fix for Chinese food.(the egg rolls are my favorite).

Went there for a birthday gathering. The waitress was awesome. I got the lobster avocado roll, which was also awesome and decently priced. The only downfall was that the first thing we did upon arrival was order drinks, and it still took 20 minutes for my drink to arrive, which I find unacceptable.

I came here during lunch on a weekday with a few of my co-residents. We stressed that we are on a time constraint(1 hour for lunch), and they told us it would not be a problem. When we were seated, we ordered food within 5 minutes but it took over 25 minutes to get the food. When the food came, It was not even hot. Service and timing aside, my mongolian beef had great flavor– salty with just the right amount of sweet to balance it out. My co-resident ordered the chicken and broccoli and it was disappointing. Bland with a brown sauce smothering 5 thin slices of chicken. The portion of all the dishes were really small and we all left hungry. Not the best place for lunch but maybe a better dinner option.

PF Chang’s? More like PFDANGGGGGGGGGGG. This place is incredible — great service, great food, and nice atmosphere. I came here with a fine young lady and we had a great time. We ordered off the«PF Chang’s for Two» menu and I highly recommend it. You get a delicious four course meal(two soups, an app, two entrees, and dessert) for $ 40 — how do you go wrong with that? PF Chang’s for the W!

We held our rehearsal dinner at this PF Chang’s location. We left 100% happy and very full! PF Chang’s was able to accommodate our party of 22 people in downtown Boston on a Friday night with just over a week’s notice. We were given prime window seating in their dining area on the left side. Duncan made the process incredibly easy via phone and email. He was a pleasure to work with. We picked a set menu ahead of time. Duncan was accommodating when I mentioned that my in-laws were vegetarians, and allowed us to order separate dishes for them. He even provided vegetarian lettuce wraps on the house when he noticed that we neglected to order a vegetarian app. The staff was great that day, and served us in a timely manner. Food and drinks were all enjoyable. It was all executed very well! This experience met all of our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend PF Chang’s for large parties and special occasions. Call Duncan!

The last time I was in America, I got off the plane, into a taxi, dropped my bags in my room and headed straight for PF Changs. And it never ever disappoints! Living in Ireland, I don’t have the privilege of having a PF Changs close by… Anytime I get across to the US, I’m straight in the door! The menu, where do I even begin. Obviously, the lettuce wraps and the Mongolian beef. But then there’s also the sesame chicken and the beef and broccoli. Just so much to choose from and it’s all so damn good. The service is always great, it’s always packed and the food is always great quality. I’d be shocked hearing of anyone leaving here disappointed, there’s something for everyone. Anyone I’ve brought here or recommended it to has always adored it and gone back. When I lived in California for a summer, I also tried out their frozen meals from the supermarket out of sheer obsession. To be expected, they’re not as good as the real thing but they were close and acceptable! If you want something quick and on the cheap, try them out. Great for big groups and small groups. I can only wish they open up a chain in Ireland some day :)

An Asian chain restaurant? Good concept but failed to deliver IMHO. The place is attractive, both décor and the uniforms the staff are outfitted in. You are greeted by a hostess who asks if you will be dining with chopsticks.(I thought it was a strange request for them to ask this right at the door but went along with it). After we were seated and given the menus, the hostess makes a grand show of presenting you with a fancy box which she opens like a game show host to reveal an array of chopsticks, which you get to pick your own set… okay, kind of cool, however, they are actually all the same. LOL We started off with a cup of wonton soup each. It was the weirdest wonton soup I had ever eaten. There were chunks of chicken, mushrooms and carrots in it. And it was really salty. We shared a couple appetizers, the chicken lettuce wraps(this was boasted on the menu and by the server as one of their most popular items), calamari, egg rolls and sweet and sour pork. The food was all very salty. And I agree with the other reviewers, most of the dishes were garnished with a white crunchy noodle thing which distracted from the dish. I feel like the food here is catered more towards a western pallet. Think: mall/food court«Chinese food». For the amount you are paying, I don’t think it is worth it. I would recommend saving your money and venturing to Chinatown for the real deal. But if you do have a hankering for greasy, fake Chinese food, hit up a mall food court.

Food is awesome! Great prices, delicious dishes, drinks are great too! One major down side… the bartenders and wait staff are terrible… they look miserable, almost like they would rather be walking on a bed of nails than be working. Other than that definatley worth a visit… Try the chicken lettuce wraps! Awesome!

It was my first time going to a PF Chang’s. I was told by all Asians I had ever met that this place was going to be expensive and not very tasty. They were right. The food, though it might look good, does not taste like Chinese food should. The decorative stringy white things do not make up for the fact that these dishes were not filling nor fulfilling. Verdict: Being so close to Chinatown, you owe it to yourself to go get some legitimate Chinese food. As with wine, «more expensive» does not necessarily mean«better tasting.»

Eh, chain restaurant Chinese food? What was I thinking. I was thinking I was hungry and there’s no wait. Now I see why. First, we had the flavorless egg drop soup. We added the entire portion of chili paste they provided us with to make it palatable. Our shrimp dumplings magically became pork dumplings when delivered to the table. We waited so long for them, we decided to eat them anyway. My Singapore Street Noodles tasted like they came from a food truck. Way too salty. I picked itty bitty pieces of the shrimp and chicken out and left the rest behind. The salty caramel cake was mediocre and tasted frozen. Why didn’t I go to Cheesecake Factory? At least it would have been a guaranteed good dessert… My cocktail was really good. Coconut water, vodka and lemon juice. Surprisingly sweet and refreshing. My waitress was okay, but the wait in between courses was off tempo. Looks like my first time to PF Chang’s will indeed be my last.
