don’t go here, staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. Went to the bennington st location about five staff members were on the floor, salon was not busy but the second I walked in three of the stylists went downstairs and disappeared. Sat down for twenty minutes waiting to be helped. No one came over? The second a spanish man walked in he was greated kindly and seated in a chair for his haircut. Why am I still sitting down waiting twenty minutes later? Decide to stand up and wait finally a man comes over asks if he can help me only to say that they don’t have anyone to do hair at the moment. uh ok…

Worst hair care experience of my life! Made an appointment because I have heard so many people talking about Oxigen hair Salon in East Boston. NOT this one though. It was the one on Bennington Street in the Orient Heights section, but I didnt know that at the time. This salon on Meridian Street is HORRIBLE. I went to get my hair colored and wanted it to be dark brown… well, I dont know if it was because of the language barrier or if it was just complete incompetence but the guy turned my hair ORANGE!!! I swear to God, I think he did it purposely because when I threw a fit he and the other staff members were laughing. DO NOT GO HERE… BIG MISTAKE!!! I honestly dont believe these people are even licensed.
