One Center Plaza Parking

Awful! We parked here because we were doing brunch at Kinsale right upstairs and they validate parking for 3 hours if you purchase $ 20 of food, which we did. Kinsale gave us our validation ticket when we closed out our check, and we were on our way. When we went to exit the garage, however, we entered the validation ticket and it showed an $ 11 charge. Then the parking attendant came over and told us the machine was broken and asked for us to give our credit card so he could manually enter the info. We explained we had validation and he kept insisting we were there for over 3 hours and that’s why we were being charged $ 11. Well I’m POSITIVE we were not there for over 3 hours because we had a flight to catch and were quite conscious of the time. He was completely incompetent and argumentative. He kept messing with the broken machine and said we had to give him our credit card followed by the validation ticket. We did so after he repeatedly assured us that if we entered the validation ticket behind the credit card we would NOT be charged. We get back to California and check our credit card statement and… you guessed it, we were charged — $ 38!!! What?! We were there for less than 3 hours, had a validation ticket to cover us for up to 3 hours, the machine was broken AND the attendant kept telling us we would not be charged. Needless to say, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and we will not be paying for this. Drivers be warned! This place is scammy.

I really like this garage because of it’s central location and easy access to Government Center and the T.
Weekends are only $ 10 all day, and weeknights after 4pm are only $ 13, I bought a monthly pass for $ 85 and that gives me weekdays from 3:30pm-8am, and all day weekends and holidays
The garage office and valet staff are always friendly and efficient, and I’ve never had a problem not finding a spot.
All in all a great garage!
