Off the Eaten Path is absolutely fantastic. Paula’s love and passion for the North End comes through in every bite, every cobblestone, and every step you take on the streets of her favorite part of Boston. The food is chosen with care, and there are no missteps. You will clean your plate, and tap the bottom of your cup to get that last drop of espresso. You will love seeing people stop Paula on the street to kiss her cheeks. As much as Paula loves the community, the community loves her right back. All this to say, if you are considering a food tour during your stay in Boston — or an historic tour for that matter — this one is well worth your time. 5 stars all the way.

If you are looking for a fantastic North End tour, look no further! Paula does a great job now only showing you the area but also some of the best places to eat. Make sure you come hungry, this isn’t a «small bite» type tour. I actually live in the area but took the tour with relatives (good excuse!) and I was in agreement with the places that Paula took us for a true taste of the neighborhood.

This tour is a great way to experience the North End, one of Boston’s most historic neighborhoods, like a local. Paula, our guide was fantastic! She is passionate about sharing the history, tradition, and food of the North end. The tour was also a fantastic value! Highly recommend!
