Refunded my subscription fee for when I had to cancel. The first time there was bad weather and I was refunded… the second time I had to cancel 4 days in advance and unfortunately they couldn’t refund me the fee of $ 85. It makes sense since they need to prepay the course ahead of time, but they need to communicate to customers that there is not a refund policy. Their website says no refunds. But, you have to dig for it in their FAQ section.
Anyway, got my subscription fee back. Thanks.
