NECS

My company just moved on Monday.
Our office is still full of unpacked boxes so when the fax machine ran out of toner it was bad news bears. After searching through the aforementioned boxes and turning up empty handed it was time for Plan B: Find someplace to buy a new cartridge before my boss lost his shit and fired me.
This NECS is located on the first floor of our new building so it was obviously the first place I tried. When I walked in I thought they were closed because there was nobody in sight but someone popped up behind a wall and came over to help me. He was on a cell phone call and seemed a little annoyed that I was there which irritated me… but anyway… I told him my office had just moved and blah blah fax blah blah toner and so on… He had absolutely no idea what I was talking about but found someone else to help me.
Jerry. Oh Jerry.
I told him my problem and although they don’t actually carry products like toner he was more than happy to help. I think he could tell that I was desperate and clueless. He googled office supply places in the immediate area AND called multiple locations to see if they had the toner I needed in stock.
Unfortunately I left empty handed but I will always remember how nice and helpful Jerry was.
