I have not been to the restaurant itself yet, but plan on going soon. We had a work event last week that was catered by Maya Inca, and the food was just amazing and so delicious! They serve Peruvian and Mexican food, and also have an «International Menu», with more Americanized dishes for the less adventurous people in your party. We had a variety of different dishes, including something called causa rellena, which is a yellow mashed potato filled with chicken salad. Sound weird, but it works. I’m looking forward to trying more things off the menu. According to other coworkers who have been there, this is a real family business – mom is in the kitchen cooking, daughter is the hostess, and other family members are the wait staff. They are very attentive, and portions are pretty big.
