Each time I come back to Charles River Dental there is some new focus on me, my health, comfort, and time. Think Four Season’s Hotel meets Apple Store.
Charles River Dental is easy to interface with, convenient to get appointment,
Does great work that lasts a long time, and you get to interact with possibly the nicest
people in Boston.
Does it cost more? Absolutely. If you buy Apple products you will totally get what I mean. Is this place for everyone. NO. These guy’s are concerned about my time and health. They totally get that my time and being healthy is so much more important than a few extra dollars. Buyer beware, you bet. Do you want to be treated like a human or a hot dog? Only go to this office if you want to be treated like a human.

I was seen at the Charles River Dental office for a Post and Crown procedure. My review is based on the quality of care of the provider and the environment. Dr. Sivers was thorough and reasurring in his explanation and evaluation. His charismatic personality of calmness and affectionate helps in my confidence. The sanitation was remarkable clean…

I was a patient of Dr. Sivers and Charles River Dental for over 2 years. I had previously neglected dentists for a few years, so I needed quite a bit of complex work — implants, fillings, crowns, etc. My experience with CRD was very positive.
Dr. Sivers is meticulous and detail oriented in his approach. I had several fillings and crowns, and all of the work he performed was done perfectly. He is quite consultative; he presents all options in an unbiased manner — offering the pros and cons to each. I have sat down with him on several occasions, and he has slowly walked me through lengthy procedures step-​by-​step. I always have tons of questions, and he answers them thoroughly and in terms I can understand. Dr. Sivers is also very passionate about his work. He is always upbeat and cheery.
CRD also has great people. The receptionists, hygienists, and dental assistants are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They are also intelligent and always seem eager to help. Going to the dentist is typically not my favorite thing to do, but they make it a much more positive experience. This is something that I think differentiates CRD from other dental offices. Also, the complimentary paraffin wax treatments during cleanings were surprisingly awesome.
Only con in my opinion is that there are no after work or weekend appointments — as someone who lives in Boston but works outside the city that was a little bit of an obstacle. People say they are a little pricier than other dentists, but I think the quality of the work makes up for it.

Amazing office, warm friendly customer service oriented staff and doctor, modern up to date office. Clean, comfortable, relaxing environment. Doctor really wanted to get to know me and understand my preferences. I was shown my problems. He helped me understand what would happen if I did nothing. I was given options how to resolve the issues in my mouth. And for the first time I chose what I wanted to do.
I would highly recommend this office.
