Try going everyday like I did – I saw the underbelly of this so-called«Catholic» institution. Many residents did not eat as the aides did not feed them. Residents sit for hours in the hallway. Bells are not answered. A bologna sandwich on white bread is called«dinner».A resident will never get to the courtyard for some fresh air unless you bring them. It is heartbreaking to see elderly women treated worse than many people’s pets. The nursing care is poor. The only people that have anything good to say are the old Southie types who like that it is convenient for them. Stay away. If you have a loved one here – you must be an advocate, but still they do not care.

Wonderful place! Not fancy but clean, friendly and attentive. My Father left Brightview Danvers, just the opposite… fancy, clean only in the area’s that nobody uses, help does as little as possible. Seriously love Marian Manor, glad I got the chance to know another.

Really great place and a lot for the residents to do. Great food and services as well.
