«get a taxi to Logan» a local flat rate company left my daughter stranded at the airport at midnight when they failed to show up for a confirmed pickup. When I called the company to see where the driver was they said he was there and took my daughters cell phone again! STILL NOTHING! I am so glad she was not alone waiting for this pick– up DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE A 50⁄50 CHANCE OF BEING STRANDED!

Of coarse I googled this company as well. Called and no problem. Driver called me back 5 min prior to scheduled time. I went to get in cab, all I saw was a black sedan. No marking, tinted windows, clean car and clean cut driver. Took me by surprise. So far the ride is going well. The $ 10 is well worth it.

Avoid this service. It pays to come up as a Google Ad, and I thoughtlessly chose it.
1. The dispatcher got my phone number wrong, even though I told it to him orally.
2. The driver, in front of a single family house, failing to get me on the phone, drove away.
3. When he finally returned, after two calls from me, the price was $ 40, about $ 10 more than the going rate.
