Too bad there is not a space for 0 stars. Sunday morning 5am open, the waitress had absolutely no clue how to serve travelers who may have to catch a plane. She was the most slow moving un-trained lazy ass person I have ever seen who also could benefit from a conversational English course. The food came out before she took the time to get our coffee. At least 6 frustrated patrons left. If management reads this, please put at least 2 people there, this woman, as bad as she served could have used help. Food was decent, coffee horrible.

An «upscale» option at Boston Logan airport. It’s pricy but what do you expect at an airport. No line on a Sunday — only waited 10 minutes for food.

Johnny Rockets at LoganAirport. We stopped in for dinner waiting for our plane. Like all the airport restaurants, this place is small and crowded. It is also a little pricy. But the food was pretty good and it came quickly. The burgers were really good and the onion rings were crunchy and had good flavor. If you get stuck at the Jet Blue Terminal at Logan International Airport and your hungry, this is a decent option.

Tops for inefficiency and not much else. Not enough people taking orders. You have to crash through the order line to pick up your food. Food was mediocre at best and lukewarm. Go somewhere else

I ordered lunch from here since I wanted a burger. I had the original with fries and a soda, and was given a buzzer that would signal when the did was ready. When the food came it looked decent but the beef was definitely not fresh and the fries were cold and old. I had to layer on the ketchup on both to make it edible. Definitely one of the worst meals I had in Boston.

There are many great mysteries in life, one of which is how the size of ketchup packets has remained exactly the same for at least the past 30 years while the size of French fries grows exponentially?! Aside from being reminded that I need at least a dozen packets of ketchup to eat a serving of fries, my lunch at Johnny Rocket’s really hit the spot. My burger was juicy and my fries were perfectly crisp. My meal left me feeling nice and full, and ready for a nap during my flight.

My first time eating at this place. I have heard many good things about it. This location is inside the airport. Gets a bit crowded, but they have lots of tables. I got the chicken fingers. They were very good and they give you a lot of them. Got an order of onion rings. One of the best I have eaten. Made fresh. The chocolate shakes are delicious! Very happy with my meal. The only downside is the price. My meal cost $ 17 just for those items. Most shakes are about $ 5. If you have not already tried this place, you must at least once though.

There is a need to fill in our growling stomachs and we have another’s two hours before our 6 hrs flight to LA. Looking in the terminal, the reasonable express place to beat is Johnny Rockets. Their smoked bacon double burger with over fried half fries/half onion rings combo were such a treat. The juicy burger was such a delight to burger fans. I am not much a fan but it’s meat’s tenderness is to die for. Took a while before our number was called out. Too crowded in the area.

Poor service, Rita was the nasty register person unhappy with her job, cold gross Food that took half an hour to come, no bacon for breakfast when they opened cause someone was too lazy to come in and prep for breakfast service. Total waste of money. If I could have give 0 stars I would have. Never coming here again.

Not for me personally, but they tried. Prices were also comparable to their regular restaurants.

Eh this place is okay yet I seem to always end up eating here whenever I’m waiting for my Jetblue flights. Their takeout can be really quick or unreasonably slow depending on the existing line – during my most recent visit, I got my chicken strips in less than 2 minutes, but I’ve waited up to fifteen minutes in the past as well. Service is efficient which I appreciate, plenty of seats to sit and eat if that’s what you want. Chicken strips are very, very dry though, but its a quick fix, not a gourmet meal.

So slow, got the order wrong, coffee was awful, and then no — even halfway — healthy item on the menu. The only reason to eat there is because the lines were much longer at all the other places at Logan Terminal C. Good that I use this terminal rarely.

This is the second time I’ve been to this particular Johnny Rocket’s. I’ve visited one other Johnny Rocket’s in Pentagon City and I’ve not been overly impressed any of the instances. The food is average. My tuna tasted good, lots of cheese and tuna, but very greasy. Got it on wheat and the bread was toasted how I like it. Back to the greasy… They use plenty of butter, which isn’t bad except it turns a regular tuna melt into 700 – 800 calories of artery clogging. It’s not worth that many calories post devouring and not something I’d go out of my way to have on a regular basis. In all honesty, the tuna melt I had at the Johnny Rocket’s at Pentagon City was a lot less greasy with better taste. Not a bad place to grab a bite. Gets pretty busy, as does most of the spots in C terminal. If you have time, I’d say go to the Boston Beer Works across the hall.

flat pressed burgers — overpriced — not terribly fast and leaves you feeling that fast food coma inducing bleh feeling afterwards. What’s not to love? It a terminal C options — and probably less of a rip off than wolf gang puck’s pizzas, but I only stopped in here because Boston Beer Works was crammed full of peoplle and I had a flight in less than an hour. My suggestion would be to carve out the extra time and have a better meal elsewhere, or plan ahead and grab something before you go through security. Yes — you can bring food through security provided its not in liquid form… which is called a drink.

Best breakfast option in terminal C. Great fried egg sandwiches and the service is ridiculously fast. The bacon comes out extra crispy too. Highly recommended over your other terminal C breakfast options.

It’s an airport(we’ve got you captured) Johnny Rockets and like most any chain having an airport location, not one of their best. However it’s OK for quick bite to eat when you don’t have time for nearby Legal Seafoods or when Wolfgang Puck’s or the Beer Works are too busy or stacked up with waiting customers. The service staff is what you might expect at an airport location, they begrudgingly do their job but show little interest in giving anyone any special attention or exchanging pleasantries since they know you will only be a repeat customer is your caught hungry within the confines of Terminal C with no place else to go. The menu is, like all Johnny Rockets rather wide and varied with shakes, 11 choices of burgers(all of which will end up being well done), Philly Cheese Steaks of meat or chicken, a variety of sandwiches, hot dogs, a rather decent chili, salads, and a selection of about three desserts with their Super Sunday being the best. They also have kid’s portions and will box and bag your food so that you can take it aboard your fight, but if you do that, be careful to check what is in the bag or you may end up without a napkin, mustard for you burger a plastic fork or the like. In comparing them solely against other Johnny Rockets I’d give it a Two Stars because I’ve definitely been to ones meaning those not located within an airport terminal.

Expensive. Fast. A lot of seating. You can refill up your drink as many times as you want(including water for your water bottle). But the service is a little slow, their menu is not very flexible to its customers who want a combo but not a double burger, and the burger/fries were mediocre. Granted it’s at the airport, but whatever!

Not too many great spots to eat in the airport usually, though this terminal is better than most. Sandwiches here are consistently good and fresh. I also like that you can get a vanilla, cherry, etc, coke with you meal. They keep it pretty clean, good for an airport. I hit this up almost every time I fly out of Logan.

I had an hour to waste at the Logan airport in Terminal C so I ordered the original Johnny Rocket with cheese. The burger, fries and drink ran me $ 12 and change… a little high for a burger, but the burger came with really good quality beef and fresh tomato, lettuce and onion. The cashier gave me a pager to notify when my order was ready. By the time I filled my drink at the fountain my pager was buzzing. When I picked up my tray the employees were really friendly and pointed out the condiments(got to have ketchup for my fries!). Loved my burger, but I thought the fries were on the bland side. The dining area was really clean and there was plenty of seating. I was able to access the airport’s free WI-FI from the restaurant so that was a nice perk. The restaurant started getting very packed around 5pm so I could see there being a longer wait during the lunch and dinner rush. A little pricey, but it’s expected at the airport. Would definitely recommend Johnny Rockets.

After a 5 hour flight, we were waiting for our connecting flight until we saw JOHNNYROCKETS. I was so excited to get my hands on a fresh juicy burger until I found out they only served breakfast at that time. Alright. I ordered an english muffin, potatoes, and a side of bacon and my sister ordered an omelet. The cashier wasn’t very friendly at all, but hey, maybe it’s because it was so darn early in the morning. We got our little buzzer thingy, and picked up our food. They give you A LOT for the amount you pay. We couldn’t even finish it. If you’re ever around here for breakfast, get the omelet! I ended up eating half of my sister’s plate because it’s pretty tasty =)
