I can always find something I love at Ibex. Clothes are pricey, but I’m willing to pay for the high quality. I really love the selection, it’s just enough to choose from, but not overwhelming. Socks here are fantastic!

I purchased four different items — all comfortable and warm. One item was frayed at the neckline after a short period of time and I sent it back for warranty repair or replacement. Without asking, they sent what they thought was comparable — my item was a one pocket, versatile shirt in grey/​green that could be worn to work, and the replacement was a bright red SS bike jersey which I already had something similar in green that I had purchased that is only appropriate for biking. To get it exchanged for something I want became way too difficult. Bounced back and forth between Caitlin and Darcy — I decided to give away to a friend the replacement item they sent which was unrelated to what I originally purchased and did not hold up, and forget about Ibex except to write this review.

As for the clothing, the wool is incredible. Great for the winter. The employees in this store particularly are outstanding. From the staff to the management. Friendly, and courteous. Highly recommend this brand for warm winter gear, and specifically this store because of their employees.

I’m an avid cyclist and have been using synthetic jerseys for years. Then I discovered the new high-​end wool cycling garments from Ibex, and have never gone back to synthetics. They are comfortable in cool and hot weather (I’ve ridden with the light weight ones on days over 100 degrees) and they don’t retain odors the way synthetics do.
Ibex sells premium wool cycling jerseys as well as other other outdoor clothing. This is their first (and I think only) store. Nice staff, nice collection of high-​quality clothing.
