Honestly flew here from Maryland. After being told my ID was fake. Being 26 and sober. I was turned away because the«bouncer» didn’t like me and my persistence of telling Maryland ID’s are real. He proceeded to tell me I will never be let in and that I was kicked out for the night. Granted I will never go to a show there ever again.

I really didn’t have high expectations since it’s a chain restaurant attached to a music venue… and I have to say he food was probably pretty much what I expected. My husband and I ordered the herb tossed fries(actually because of the reviews I had read on Unilocal) and ended up disappointed… the fries were lukewarm and tasted overwhelmingly like rosemary(and I like rosemary… it was just too much of it). We split a margarita pizza and again I wasn’t super impressed… the cheese had that slightly rubbery look that comes with it not having melted all the way(but the flavor of the crust and sauce was really good). The saving grace(the reason I give this place three stars instead of two) was that we ordered the ice cream sandwich dessert on a whim and they were excellent! They were assorted cookie sandwiches with cinnamon and peppermint ice cream to fill them… Both flavors of ice cream were great, as were the cookies. Service was also good(and the wait ended up being non-existent, even after we were told we’d have to wait a little while).

Came in before a show and was told there was an hour wait. Grabbed a table at the bar, ordered, and was served a tasty burger in 30 mins. Perfect pre-concert restaurant!

I had tickets to Miley Cyrus tonight. At about 8pm, a fight broke out. It was a mess and I was quickly removed. I talked to a security guard, the manager, and then the GM… They told me that security said I swung at someone… to which I said«Maybe? Someone hit me in my face!» In short… I’m home. I spent about $ 350 on 2 tix. I’m practically 30 years old and I have a split lip. It is over crowded and poorly run. Think twice before coming here. Place sucks.

I purchase tickets in advance to a concert on November 22nd, the doors are supposed to open at 10 p.m. and the show was supposed to start at 10:30 pm. Long story short I waited in line for two and a half hours in the rain and the temperature was in the forties to be told that the show is over. I did not get into the venue, and I did not get to see any performances. House of Blues is blaming it on Travis Scott the performer but in my opinion they were extremely unorganized in regards to scanning tickets, and security checks. If you want to get hypothermia then I suggest you go there otherwise stay away.

I Had to kill an hour before a concert next door, thought I’d grab a quick bite. Ordered the HoB burger… wish I hadn’t. It was cooked ok, beef quality was grocery store quality but the worst part was the bun. It was like a 5 cent piece of bread(white and stale) even though the menu states its served on a «griddled» bun — nope! Also toppings(pickles, lettuce, tomato and onion) were of a questionable age. Fries were served stale and cold as if they came off someone’s plate that left 20 minutes before me. Price of $ 10 seemed reasonable given It’s Boston… had the burger been edible that is. To be fair, the table next to me got the beer nachos and they smelled awesome and the couple seemed to love them. The Server(Justin) was very good, very personable and worked the room like a pro. Price and server get the stars — food was just not good.

Wow, I can’t believe I’ve never been to their restaurant after all the times I’ve been to HOB in Boston! The food was great and our waitress was very nice and pretty quick. My only complaint, or I guess suggestion, would be that it’s too small — they should have probably made it bigger. You can also go into the venue right from the restaurant, which is pretty cool.

We only ordered 2 appetizers and a couple rounds of drinks but it was great! The nachos and fried mozzarella was spectacular and their version of a Moscow mule is delicious! Service was quick and friendly!

Honestly? The service here is awful. The food? Pretty damn good. The price? Woah, a surprise. Was here the other day before a concert at the HoB, noticed that if you eat at their restaurant, you get to ‘skip the line’, and wait in a separate line that gets admitted earlier then the others. Kinda nice.($ 15 minimum required.) My girlfriend got in there first, was seated almost immediately, but then didn’t see a waiter for almost 20 minutes. Finally got a hold of someone, got her drink, and it wasn’t until I arrived almost another 25 – 30 minutes later that someone came by to take the order. Food took about another 30 – 45 min to make before it came out to us. During this time, nobody came by the table to say it was going to take a bit, we never had anyone check on our drinks, and when we asked someone for help, it still took them a bit to get the food over. After everything was done, the waitress swooped over to snatch up the check and payment, only to drop the receipts off and run off, never to be seen of again. Food time: I got a cheeseburger, pretty simple, and my girlfriend got the chicken salad BLT sandwich. The burger was pretty run of the mill, I sprung for the ‘cabot cheddar’ upgrade, but it was all the same. The fries that both of our meals came with though were simply great. They had a good herb-ey taste, and it lingered when you had a couple. The BLT sandwich came with a couple sides of in-house made sauces, and everything was so fresh tasting. Prices: The price is honestly one of the most surprising parts. With a place like this being attached to such a landmark in Boston, you’d think that they’d be astronomical. The burger meal was $ 11, and the BLT sandwich was $ 12. They don’t put prices on their menu online, so take this stuff with a grain of salt when you go in there in case something changes, but hey, I’d so go back if I’m gonna be paying under 30 for dinner and a couple drinks.

Popped in with my wife before our Foo Fighters concert. We were able to get right in and our server was ready to take our drink order. He came back with the specials and took our order. We made a joke about a BBQ special since my wife has a cinnamon allergy and when the server came back, he let me know that he had the cook separate any potential allergen on my plate to another plate in case my wife wanted to share with me. Awesome initiative! Food was good, service was good, and atmosphere was perfect to relax before the concert.

Took over an hour to get food and they were not even busy. Waitress did not bring us drinks we had to ask for refills, someone in our party had a food allergy and it took them 3 times to get it right, food was sub par. save yourself the money and time and just grab a hot dog on the street.

I should have bought that $ 3 hotdog from that guy on the corner instead of stopping here. It was marathon Monday and our group just wanted to get out of the rain for a few beers and some tasty aps. Good thing we were there long enough for my ice to melt in my drink(so I’d have some water) because my second drink and glass of water never showed up. Half the table got their food and finished before the waitress came back and asked us what the rest of the table ordered. Three of our party got their very bizarre chicken fingers. They were supposed to be BBQ fingers… but they weren’t. They were chicken fingers covered in spaghetti sauce. Yes, you read that right, chicken fingers coated in ragu. At this point I still hadn’t received my clam chowder. I flagged down the waitress and she let me know they’d run out of some of the ingredients for the chowder… the«chef» tried to substitute the ingredients for some other thing they had, but it «didn’t smell very good. Do you still want to try it?» I declined. We got our discounted check and left. I’ve eaten in HOBs in at least 3 other cities and it’s always been fine. This was embarrassingly bad.

Took forever to get our food order in and food came out sporadically over then next 90 min. Half our table finished the food before the other half got theirs. Chicken tenders were supposed to be in BBQ sauce but it tasted like spaghetti sauce. Never ever going back.
