Work had been really stressful lately and I knew I needed to do something before it took its toll on my health. I happened to hear about Niki’s class and decided to give it a shot. I was amazed at how quickly I felt relief. At the very first session, Niki gave us techniques that we could use, not just in class, but in world outside the class, to calm and center ourselves. It didn’t fix all of my problems, but it taught me how to bring myself to a place where I can calm myself before acting and center myself before thinking. These things, in turn, have helped me to detach from the negativity around me and focus, instead, on making productive, healthy decisions. The relaxation is an added bonus! I highly recommend this teacher!

Having been through more than a few painful breakups, I saw another on the horizon and knew that I had to do something to manage the stress, anxiety and disappointment. Ordinarily, I reel from this type of experience for weeks, months, etc. However… enter Niki and her guided meditation class. This class helped me to relax my body and mind, quiet the negative inner monologue and begin the healing process. I truly believe that I would still be obsessing in my mind if not for this class and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to ground themselves for any reason!
