Rob was very clear about timelines and pricing, he was extremely fast in responding to emails and he made sure that we were 100% happy with the work. If you are planning a wedding, here is a warning: it is extremely difficult to find competent vendors. GO TO GOOSEFISH, and you will be happy to know your invitations will be the one thing that goes well.
What is letterpress? I didn’t know before Goosefish. Out of all the weddings my fiancée and I have been to, we have never seen a «letter pressed» invitation. It is truly something unique that our guests loved and will be a keepsake forever. Honestly, we got as many complements about our invitations as anything else we did for our wedding.
Rob (the owner, designer, and printer) loves what he does, and it shows in his work. He has great ideas for designing invitations, and worked with us through every idea that we had and made our ideas come out even better. Rob is so easy to work with, and provides excellent service.
Go see Goosefish Press in the Sowa shopping area. You can browse many items you can buy in his store — in fact, I have bought many birthday, anniversary, and other types of cards from him. He also has a lot of his custom made invitations on display.
And the cherry on top, is that you can even have the plates that the invitations were made from. Those are a really cool memento from our wedding.

Rob at Goosefish Press is absolutely amazing. We just received our gorgeous wedding invitations and could not be more thrilled with them! Rob worked with us to create a custom design featuring a hand drawing of our wedding venue. He was patient through all of my various questions and tweaks and even overnighted three different pink choices to us so that we could choose the one we liked best! He is extremely responsive and is a pleasure to work with! Goosefish is also a fantastic value. We were able to get all the upgrades we wanted (two color letterpress/​double ply paper etc) and the total cost was still almost half of some other letterpresses we looked at! We absolutely love our invitations and we can’t speak highly enough about Rob and Goosefish!

Never have I ever been so satisfied and happy with a service. Of all the vendors I’ve worked with for my wedding, Rob at Goosefish is hands down one of the most responsive, knowledgeable and most important skilled professional of them all. He worked with me through multiple rounds of proofs and never showed any impatience. He responded within minutes to any email I sent him and always addressed every question I asked. Goosefish designed and created the invitations for our wedding. We wanted something personal and that would set the tone for the rest of our wedding theme and the invites we got from Goosefish did exactly that. Its simply beautiful stuff. Goosefish letterpress work is in another league from anything else we saw from conventional printing.
Rob at Goosefish is a real craftsman. The quality of his work is outstanding and his service was fantastic. His response time over email was always lightning fast and he was flexible with our requests and minor edits. One thing I particularly appreciated was how Rob worked with us to create the right design and do so efficiently. He wasn’t constantly looking to up-​sell us and always let us know what had cost implications, helping find alternative or more economical solutions whenever possible.
We even got the press plates as a great memento.
