I frequent all the GNC stores in Boston and purchase a lot online. Usually I get good customer service by always being asked if I need help upon entering the store. Recently, the service has gone downhill by not being asked if I need help, being ignored in the store and the stores being out of stock of certain items that I seem to always need(popular items like vitamins, probiotics or L-Carnitine). Specifically during my last visit, I had to interrupt an employee on his phone to ask if they had more of what I was looking for. He had to find ‘the manager’ because he didn’t know if they would have it in the back. The manager came out and looked for the item on the wrong section/shelf, I had to show him where it should be, where the shelf was empty, out of stock. His response to me was that, oh yeah, we’re out, sorry. And he turned and walked away. I like GNC stores but I don’t think the customer service reaches my expectations at this location.

Whole new staff which fixed opening issue and and no more closing store. Gold card good everyday now so old issue with high prices and there ability to price match addressed !!

Well if u want to get ripped off I suggest going here. I do go here frequently because my diet consist mostly of nutrient bars. its either here or the vitamin shoppe. \ Today I witnessed the salesmen pocket money from a sale. The customer in-font me said excuse me this is not the correct change. I gave you a $ 100 dollar bill. after some discuses he take ten dollars from his pocket and hands it to him. The customer then says this is still not enough. The salesmen then hands him more money. They agree it is the correct change and he leaves. I cannot believe he would try to rip him off just because he was a tourist. This is inexcusable. I have also complained to the corporate office but the salesmen did not have a name tag on. I do not think I will be shopping here any more.

went there this morning to try their new product. The consultant Chris was very nice and helpful. He also gave me a gold card for free. Will go back for sure.
