Forever Diamond

Forever Diamond is fantastic!!! I was aimlessly roaming around the Jewelers Building looking to repair my diamond earrings when I walked into Forever Diamond and met Nicole. She was very friendly and could see the frustration on my face. Not only did she repair my earrings while I waited, but when I started talking about my boyfriend and what style engagement ring I dreamed of she began showing me trays of engagement ring settings with matching wedding bands. It was heaven!!! Endless styles with intricate designs and detail.. . Then came the loose diamonds. All GIA certified, which was all foreign to me until she gave me an education on the four C’s. This definitely made my boyfriends life easier and I am proud to say that Nicole at Forever Diamond is my new go-​to jeweler.

Don’t you just love the holidays? I do!!! This year the boy was out to dazzle me under the tree and headed into Boston (a rarity for him). He went in to the Jewelers Building and saw Nicole at Forever Diamond. The earrings he came out with are positively gorgeous. I’m not a big «glitzy glitter girl» so a jewelery store is the hardest place to find something I’d like as most of the stuff is just too gaudy for me. Not the case here, he had a hard time narrowing down the choices they gave him. He ended up choosing a beautiful pair of diamond hoops. They’re really different in that the diamonds are set on the outside in the front and the inside on the back side so that they’re all visible. They’re absolutely gorgeous. I was upset when I saw what was in the box as I know how pricey both diamonds and gold are right now. He assured me that the price he got from them was really reasonable, which made us both happy! Thank you Nicole and your staff for helping him pick out such a beautiful gift!

My husband purchased a beautiful engagement ring for me in the summer of 2009. I wanted a sapphire and the staff, particularly Nicole, worked with him to get me a great ring at a reasonable price. I love the ring but the numerous tiny diamonds in the band kept falling out.
The store repeatedly replaced these diamonds at no charge but it involved several trips to Boston over a couple of years. I became increasingly unhappy with the ring. Nicole told my husband that her main concern was getting me a ring that pleased me.
She offered to re-​set my sapphire in a setting that would work better for us for a very small re-​setting fee. The ring’s cost to her was what we paid for the previous one, and it is absolutely gorgeous. I loved my old ring but this one is stunning and will work so much better for me. THANK YOU Nicole for working this out!
Forever Diamond continues to stand behind its jewelry, and the offer of a new setting at cost was, I feel, above and beyond what was necessary for them to have done.

Do yourself a favor and skip this store. I would give zero stars but Unilocal won’t allow that.
I walked in there to 2 sisters behind the counter. It seemed like they were judging me the second they saw me. I asked for something specific. She kept looking at the ring on my finger as if to size me up. The price quoted was more than 2 other stores I walked into in that same building. Their website states that parking is validated by them. When I asked, she told me they only validate for customers. False advertising. I felt like I was in Pretty Woman. I am a Doctor and I’m sure if I had been dressed like one, they would have treated me slightly better! Oh well. They lost out on a sale because I am interested in an 8 carat piece of jewelry and I would never buy from them. In fact, this is my first Unilocal review. I signed up just for this!
