The only reason I give them a star is because they refunded my money! check your food, i ordered empanadas and the meat was spoiled, it smell bad and it tasted worst!

I only come here for the arepa & I decided to eat here for the 1st time. I ordered something that«looked good.» After which, when it came to me, it wasn’t nearly as good looking as the picture DEPICTED, let alone the taste. what a waste of food and my time. I didn’t want it and expected the OWNER to ask me if there was anything else that I may like, and instead of that; SHE told me that i had to pay for it, whether I liked it or not. I ordered it, so i must pay for it. know this, I didn’t even eat the food or touch it; NEVER go there people!!! the owner looks like this: black hair, skinny, no booty and fake titts. you cannot miss her, major FACIALPLASTICSURGERY

I don’t remember much about the service since I’ve only been here once. I actually didn’t do any talking, because I came here with my boyfriend and he is Colombian. So he did all the talking to the waitress, who was wearing about two pounds of makeup. She seemed okay enough, not friendly or perky or anything, maybe a little cold, but okay. Nothing egregious. We had the bandeja paisa and it was HUGEEE. I’m pretty sure we had one each, and the entire time I was eating it, i felt conscious of all the arteries that the food was probably clogging. But it was delicious. The chicharron was tough(i know, its supposde to be that way) but I had to yank it from my mouth to even break it. But i did like this place; I will probably be back.

I fucking love the empanadas here. I want to have a heart attack afterwards, but give me bigger sauces and more filling. The corn crust is just ridiculously good. Brave it, and go there.

There used to be a review on here about how completely rude the staff is and it has been taken down but I couldn’t agree with the author more. I have never in my life met ruder staff in any establishment. I used to think it was only because I am «gringa» but I speak Spanish and apparently they are hideously awful to Colombian women as well. My fiancé loves the food here but I think its decent and I won’t deal with the attitude. They forget something in our order every time we go and then argue that they didn’t forget it until you open the bag and show them. Then the story becomes we didn’t ask for it. Not one of them speaks a word of English except a guy in the kitchen and I wouldn’t waste your time. It is not worth the headache. Check out Mi Rancho instead.

This place is one of the very few reasons i still brave going into the city. The food is just to die for. The staff is great and even better im sure if you dont have a language barrier with them. The prices are soooo cheap its insane. The empanada is the best i have had in my entire life. The only reason this place wont get 5 stars is because you have to chance parking on the side of the street. Scary! Ensure to bring Cash only. I made that mistake only once.
