Wonderful customer service !! I had made an order online yesterday and put the delivery date to be today when i actually needed the delivery to be the same day i placed the order. As soon as I realized the mistake I had made I called Edible Arrangements at 1pm and asked if it was possible to change the delivery to the same day and have it delivered before 4pm! (I know such short notice) they let me know they would try their best. Turns out it was delivered at exactly 3:15 and it was the perfect surprise for the people I was sending it to as I arrived to see them at 3:30 ! This made me really happy especially after hearing how delicious and fresh they were. Thank you Edible Arrangements !!

Because he did such a great job last year, Chris did our corporate gifts again. This time, I went directly through Chris and it was so easy. He hit it out of the park! Already received many emails complimenting us on such a great gift.

Parfait — (per Wikipedia) In Canada and the United States, parfaits may also be made by using yogurt layered with granola, nuts or fresh fruits, such as peaches, strawberries, or blueberries.
Well, at Edible Arrangements, the star of their parfait is the fruit. Imagine that! Fruit, freshly prepared each day. Layered with a little yogurt in between, and topped with a sprinkle of your choice of granola or nuts.
Parfaits at other local businesses are primarily yogurt, with a couple of tablespoons of a fruit sauce ($ 4.29 at Cheeseboy) or fresh fruit ($ 3.99 at Roche Bros.) and some granola.
Mine was filled with juicy sliced strawberries on top with sweet pineapple as a base. $ 4.99 for a 12 oz small (but it weighed in at 13.3 oz). Sure, the granola was scarce, but at 41.6 cents an ounce it was cheaper than the 55 cents/​oz for just fruit hawked by a nearby neighbor. Their classic fruit salad seems to be competitive in price with that of newbie Roche Brothers with their mixed fruit priced at $ 4.99/lb.

So i requested a same day birthday delivery to a dear friend of mine. Not only was i not notified that they were out of birthday balloons but they also did not send the pineapple cupcakes as promised. The next day i called and asked for a refund and was told it would be granted. Next thing i know the manager is calling my friend telling him i asked for a refund and that same manager had the nerve to call me back to say that my friend «enjoyed the gift»…first of all MORON what goes on between me (i.e the consumer) and you as a business isn’t for sharing. Secondly, my friend doesn’t know what he was supposed to get and he doesn’t know what i paid for or what’s missing. Of course getting balloons and fruit sent to your office will make you happy but is this what i (the gift giver) paid for??? What you did was classless and now i have to explain to my friend why i asked for a refund and what was missing and it’s all just very awkward. Are you idiots???

I have been returning to Edible Arrangements and it seems like they worked out the discrepancies with the hours of operation. And their Kale smoothies as still delicious!

Terrible customer service. Employees are impolite and hung up on me. The managers are also never available to speak too. Don’t ever go here.

I regularly order custom made fruit salads from this location. I’ve had no issues with employees or fruit quality since the new manager started. You can order it with pineapple, strawberries, grapes, bananas, cantaloupe and/​or honeydew melon. In the summer, they also have watermelon and blueberries as an option.
⁷⁄₇ UPDATE WITH STAR INCREASE: So, Chris contacted me to explain to confusing pricing issue that I previously complained about. I removed that section of my review since it is no longer relevant. Chris and Kim gave me 2 free 16 oz. fruit salads, which should cost $ 4.95 and not $ 6.45. Now that I have the price confirmed and in writing from Chris, I’m all set.
$ 4.95 for a 16 oz fresh fruit salad made to order is a good deal.

This place is terrible… It completely let me down today on V-​Day, as I was excited to get a delivery sent from my boyfriend to have on my desk all day. He put the order in on Wednesday, and as of 3 PM today they were still «making the order!!» Unbelievable!
Clearly, they don’t understand the purpose of having things delivered to someone’s desk during the workday, namely having it sitting on the desk throughout the day! Because of the holiday, everyone is leaving early, so I wouldn’t have even been here to receive the delivery by the time it showed up (probably around 5PM). To make matters even worse, when my boyfriend tried to call them numerous times, they didn’t even pick up the phone!
Shari’s Berries are a MUCH better product, and they were delivered to my coworker at 1PM today. Definitely go that route instead if you don’t want to be sorely disappointed.

I ordered a tray of chocolate cover fruits for Xmas party. It turn out really bad. The arrangement look great but it taste nasty. The fruits are too soft and tastes sour. Chocolate are too hard and tasteless. I will not buy any arrangement from this chain anymore. Such a big disappointment!

Three weeks after my initial call I get a call back from someone named Kim from this store. I didn’t take the call because they already ruined my opinion of the entire Edible Arrangement chain for me and at this point it is not possible for them to make it up to me or the recipient of my gift. The call was not without additional effort on my part having contacted the corporate office multiple times since my initial call to the store. But the corporate office does not seem to have a procedure in place to deal with a customer complaint other than to pass the complaint on to the store. They could not comprehend that the store was not calling me back and they would not intervene. The fact that all a corporate office of a franchise does is enforce standards seem to totally escape them as did the fact that the behavior of one miserable store is a reflection on their entire chain. I have not sent another of their gifts to anyone since this episode and will not do so ever again. Do yourself a favor and avoid these miserable people.

Truly, I’m surprised more downtowners haven’t reviewed this place. Yes, this is the place that makes fruit bouquets. Not only that, turns out they make smoothies and snacks too! Let’s attack the bouquet situation first:
Depending on when you order, this business offers same-​day delivery (although it’s a $ 12 delivery fee, so if you have the time, you may want to pick it up yourself). I ordered a Disney Princess arrangement for a friend’s birthday. Can you say fabulous? It came nestled in a Disney Princess crown, and there were pineapples cut into butterflies! Delightful, yo. I ordered the arrangement using their online system, which was super navigable. On the day of delivery, I called to check what time it would arrive. The woman I spoke with was pleasant, professional, and ready with an estimate that proved accurate. I would use their service again for a special occasion.
As snacks go, they’ve got fruit bowls which are good-​sized and you can choose which fruit goes into it. Don’t like melons? Good, don’t get them! You can buy chocolate-​dipped strawberries singly or in groups. Omnomnom! Last week, boyfriend bought me one snack that may become a habit – fruit sundae. It’s a bowl of fruit, with whipped cream and hot fudge on it. Perfection! It’s nice to have options like this in the downtown sea of Subways and Starbuckses.

After walking a few miles throughout Boston, we needed our fruit fix and what better than Edibles vs. Starbucks across the street…
This is a small location and the customer service was awesome… we ordered this big cup and I mean really big cup of fresh fruit…
Definately will return on a hot refreshing day…
