As a(now Former) regular customer at this Dunkin Donuts, I was very discouraged to walk in with a pound of ground beans given to me as a gift, to ask they simply grind it for me, absolutely not, I was treated like a criminal, like I stole it– the ignorant woman behind the counter demanded a receipt, then demanded I go back to the gift giver, demand a receipt, then it was… we don’t sell that… what??? all I wanted was the beans ground so I could use them. okie dokie! moral of this story is DONOTPURCHASEGIFTITEMSFROMTHE330CONGRESSSTREETBOSTON. I went over to Starbucks, who happily ground it for me, thanks for nothing Dunkin Donuts. Welcome to Starbucks.

It doesn’t really matter what you order here, they’re going to make whatever the heck they feel like making. Don’t want sugar? Too bad! Just a little cream? Nope, you’re getting a lot. Really, I don’t know why I even try. I wish there were a better coffeeshop close by, but this is it folks. Two stars because sometimes they have competent people working here.

This is a pretty large Dunkin’ with an interesting design. They have the biggest selection of bagels and donuts and they take care of customers really fast. There’s usually a huge line because of all the companies with offices in the area, but I’ve never really had to wait more than a minute once I put my order in. The service is always friendly. I like it here.

This very busy Dunkin Donuts located is located in the heart of Fort Point. Frequented by many of the nearby workers including myself, it frequently has long lines but lines that move surprisingly fast thanks to a very well managed staff. They’re friendly, they’re efficient and almost never screw up,(at least my orders). This particular location is clean, spacious and being somewhat newer than a lot of other locations in the area, has a more modern interior. It’s much better than the average location and I’ve never been in there for more than 5 minutes, even with tons of people in front of me. Solid.

I placed an order for coffee and doughnuts the day before for a meeting. When I arrived to pick up my order, they did not have it ready. I had to wait for them to make the coffee, and since it was around the normal rush, there were barely any doughnuts left. For the inconvenience, I requested for a discount. The manager only provided me with 2 muffins for my trouble. Go to a different Dunkin Donuts; there are so many others in the area.

Place is clean and the workers are friendly. Came here to wait for my sister and the workers didn’t get mad that I was hanging around. Yes, I ordered ice coffee and a sandwich. Only 4 stars due to the bathroom being a lil dirty and not cleaned probably since they open. Other than that … Another Dunks that I would return too!

In the morning the line is always out the door but they staff work like a well oiled machine and I’m in and out in 2 – 4 minutes!

Oh Dunks. I still love you the best. Sure, I drink the best coffee in the world in Portland, OR on a daily basis, but none of those brews will ever be you. Even when you give me a jelly donut. When I clearly ordered a glazed. And I hate jelly donuts. Because, well, yuck. I can’t stay mad at you. Call me, okay?

This is the single worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever had the misfortune of being in. It’s poorly set up(like my dates), big(like my ego), and cold(like my heart).

Probably one of the larger Dunkin’ locations in the area. Possibly due to the proximity of the Children’s Museum? Who knows. There are many tables if you want to sit. I have yet to hit this location during the morning rush, so I’m not able to comment on the speed of the employees. When I have stopped in, service was good, although nothing too extraordinary. Only had to stand in front waiting for someone to take my order for about 30 seconds to a minute, even though there was no one in line. Seemed like forever, but really wasn’t that long. And it wasn’t as if the employees were gossiping or something like that and ignoring the customers… more that they were cleaning up behind the counter. But I know they saw I was there. And, good customer service is to immediately acknowledge the person waiting and tell them you’ll be right with them. So points knocked down for that.

Seriously, why is there such an oppressive bathroom odor in this Dunkin’ Donuts?!

can someone please solve one of the greatest mysteries of my budding life as a young, urban professional? why is dunks iced coffee one of my greatest delights, yet their hot counterpart makes me queasy? it’s the same coffee. one is hot. one is iced. one makes me happy. one makes me peeved. anyway, dunks is dunks is dunks. but if i could give you any piece of advice about this particular location, it’d be DON’T order a latte from the manager here. it will, in one way or another, come out gross. once she even handed me a completely tepid latte. not cold enough to pass for iced, not hot enough to pass for… um… a latte. anyone else is good though :)
