When I put an order, those employees were not customer friendly at all and they are very impolite. It is not a good environment. I will not go back there, anymore.

This isn’t an easy area to manage in the 8am-9am gotta-get-my-coffee-right-now-and-get-a-move-on-because-im-late-to-work rush. The ladies here work like a well-oiled machine and, while maybe not buttery and sweet like a toasted croissant, these gals are effective and get the job done and well. Place your order in the quickly-moving line, move to the right and wait for any one of the employees to shout your order out(at top volume) repeatedly until you come to get it. But they don’t often get it wrong, and when you’re in a hurry, that means a lot!

I have to disagree with the previous reviews– the service here was great and the place was immaculate — and maybe it’s because the manager was here(a very high speed female who had eyes everywhere) and was very hands on, but everything was fresh, fast, and clean– hard objectives to maintain early in the morning during the breakfast rush in a busy place in a not ideal area due to cramped quarters with a lot of people and business ongoing. They are clearly working to correct issues.

This location is is pretty good because you have an eating and shopping places and it is right next door as well as to a gas station l. Inside is really big and clean especially the bathrooms. The coffee was very good and then donuts looked very fresh and taste good as well. The customer service was also very good they greeted me when I entered I got my order correct thank me for my business. This is one of the better Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to I probably the best one in Boston.

What a joke this place is! We just got an iced cofee and it was 95% 4.9% water and just a scent of coffee. Or maybe it was somebody else’s coffee smell. Don’t even bother.

My first Dunkin Donuts experience. I am not a big donut person but the Gloucester Gourmet was ADAMANT about me trying his beloved Dunkin Donuts. Sadly, he was not present when I finally did. I went here one morning for breakfast. I got the famous coffee, one Boston Cream Pie donut and one butternut donut. The Boston Cream Pie donut was good. It tasted like dessert: chocolate glaze, custard filling. Very sweet. The butternut donut was actually quite tasty. It was cakey with yummy butternut coating the outside. I don’t really know what the butternut coating was made of but it was good and not too sweet, which I prefer. The coffee is completely overrated. Tasted like typical bad fast food chain coffee to me. Sorry. I said it.

Usually I don’t like writing about ubiquitous chains such as Dunkin Donuts, cause they’re all mostly the same. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to all. But after having a bad experience this morning, I owe this to my fellow Unilocalers to inform them. Well, I had egg and cheese croissant and coffee both of which were burnt. And there’s nothing worse smelling than burnt coffee, ok maybe burnt popcorn is worse… but still it ruined my breakfast. And I tried to make it better by putting a whole lot of sugar :(

All Dunkin Donuts stores are amazing, in my opinion… except perhaps this one, where as I strolled past this evening I saw a frozen rat on the sidewalk outside. Gross. Especially since I had a donut from there yesterday. Now you know how much I like Dunkin Donuts — I am still giving them four stars.
