This is a fabulous Dunkin’ Donuts. All the staff are very friendly and polite from the cashiers to the girl who smiles as she gives me my bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin 3x/​week. It’s a little strange in Boston to have people be that nice, but I’ve decided it’s nice when people are nice.
The staff are also unbelievably efficient. Even if the line is to the door, they’ll go through it quickly. If there’s ever a slight delay, they apologize. Thank you to the staff for brightening my mornings!

The latino worker morning called me a faggot in Spanish after I ordered my ice coffee yesterday. I did nothing to provoke the guy… just in for my morning coffee. Hoping to get him fired after my unfortunate customer experience.

Being that is Dunkin is very close to my work I visit it often and let me tell you these guys are amazingly fast and efficient. They should bring in other stores for a lesson on how to service customers. I wish they were a tad bit more upbeat and friendly, but they are also not entirely all out rude either.

My husband made me write this review. He loooooooves Dunkin Donuts. According to him, the only 5 star DDs are in Quincy. The other DD in the South End on Mass Ave, apparently, is a 1-​star DD. This one gets four stars and the staff is quick.

matt feels this dunkin is the only redeeming factor of my neighborhood. i think there are plenty of redeeming factors, but this dunkin is the best
… and as a midwesterner, i never thought i’d love one
the woman who makes my coffee in the morning is amazing — always the perfect amount of milk and sugar :)
