As far as Dunkin Donuts go this place isn’t bad. Service is fine and quick, though it can get crowded during peak periods. I usually get a soda and a donut.

I’ve never thought I’d review something mundane as Dunkin but here goes. I’m not the biggest fan of Dunkin but I know what I can expect from them. This place makes the most watered down coffee I’ve had. I asked them to remake the coffee and surprisingly they did, but it was the same watered down coffee. I’m not sure if this store caters to the community but please do yourself a favor and walk a little more to the Dunkins at Tufts Medical Center or Boylston st.

The people who work here in the morning(even when it’s not terribly busy) don’t care in the slightest what you want or how you want it. The second the words«medium iced» come out of your mouth they literally walk away and start making whatever it is that they think you want, then come back and go «cream and sugar?». It’s happened to me multiple times. Is it so much to ask to get a flavored coffee from Dunkin Donuts? They’re kinda known for it. What if I wanted iced tea?! Ain’t nobody got time for that.

Pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of this Dunkin’ Donuts location! While spending a day in Chinatown I needed my morning coffee so we decided to stop in at this location rather than grab some before traveling in. Since this was our first time stopping here we didn’t know what to expect, but the overall experience was great. The staff was polite, the service was quick, the store was clean and the coffee was delicious. If I had to sum up our trip, typical Dunks with great staff.

I think Boston may have a monopoly with the amount of Dunkin Donuts there are in this town. However, with the crazy prices that our hotel charges for breakfast, we decided to do something under the price of a gourmet steak. Dunkin Donuts surprised me. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve been to one(I don’t drink coffee) and was pleasantly surprised to see how many options they have for a quick breakfast. Bagels(loved the blueberry), burritos(that was awesome), and sandwiches, oh my! Great stop for a quick and cheap pick me up

This place is fairly consistent, and convenient if you’re an Emerson student. The staff is friendly and efficient; They manage to maintain a polite demeanor despite the fast pace the job requires them to work at.

nothing leaves a worse taste in my mouth than being chastised at a place and being told I either ordered wrong or was lying. Nice one Manager«LINDA». I was eager to try the new angus wrap and after I noticed this was not in fact what I had ordered I showed it to the manager«Linda» to which she said rudely it was my fault I ordered wrong which I did not do. Unapoligeticly she forced the incorrect order back to me and promptly went to another customer. Nice. Thank god 3 more D&D’s are around cause F$%K this place.

Happy to see this place — had a conference close by — one of those rare times when breakfast isn’t included. Just your regular Dunkin’s but glad it was there.

I usually drop by here everyday before going to work. The service here is exceptional and the workers here actually remembers me! It’s an awesome feeling to walk into a business and they know exactly what you want. It’s missing a star because even though service is great, sometimes my coffee doesn’t get made right. The manager usually makes my drink right, so I usually go find him. Other than that, this is the best dunkins I’ve been to!

I ordered an iced decaf blueberry coffee. Bad News: They gave me blueberry tea. Good news: The blueberry tea tasted okay.

This has become my go to Dunkin on the way to work. I love that they remember who I am and how I take my coffee. Good job chinatown dunks!

After walking from Chinatown to Macys, in the blistering cold, coffee was exactly what we needed. Being from California, I wanted to walk a bit further in search of a Starbucks location but settled for Dunking Donuts because it was right on the way to our car. The location was packed, but keep in mind this particular location is small. They have only one table that seats two people and three stools, overlooking the street. I came in with party of five and filled the place. We ordered flavored coffee as well as some Apple Crumb Donuts & glazed donuts. The apple crumb donut was still warm and so delicious, but it was packed with over 400 calories. As oppose to the experience that Peter G. had when he came into this Dunking Donuts location, I felt the establishment was clean. There were two people working behind the counter, once the party using the counter space left, we asked the cashier to clean it, so that we in turn could use it and she gladly did it.

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of suffering this Dunkin Donuts, in search of strawberry frosted donuts for a picky ex(this is one of the few places that consistently had them). You may think all Dunkin Donuts are relatively similar, but this one is uniquely awful. It’s not the rude employees who clearly hate their jobs and hate you even more for bothering them. Or the fact this place is filthy and to your dismay you realize the amount of preservatives in the food is not enough to protect you from the conspicuous lack of hand washing from the employees. Or the fact that the coffee is spectacularly awful — even for a DD. It’s not even the often colorful cast of characters who crazily and sometimes pants-around-their-ankles drunk wander in, fall asleep, and get kicked out with the same terse rudeness you got for ordering. This place is a painful reminder of the wretchedness of humanity. But what made me finally write this review was seeing an employee dumping garbage out onto the sidewalk infront of me as I passed. No bag. Just flying napkins, crushed cups, and refuse. Disgusting.
