They took 2 hours to bring 2 medium pizzas. I called them to ask how much longer and the person by the phone was rude and not helpful. NOTORDERINGAGAINTHERE.

I’d give them 0 stars or lower if I could… My friend ordered from this Domino’s for an organization meeting and so many regrets… she ordered it online for 4:15 and it not only does the food arrive 2 hours late, the order is missing a large pizza, which she already paid for online. We tried calling the Domino’s beforehand to see where the food was, but we were on hold for 30+ minutes before we decided to just give up. When the food did come, we complained to the delivery driver and he was adamant about not telling us anything or giving us any information we could use to contact the manager of the store. He wasn’t even apologetic on behalf of the store — he just brushed off the situation and chose not to talk to us about it. The food itself was also very mediocre; pizza was soggy, cold, and some slices were burnt… it was all-around a terrible experience with so much unnecessary stress. ***DONOT, I REPEAT, DONOTORDERANYTHINGFROMTHISDOMINO’S…because you will surely regret it.

Food never arrived, tracker claims it did but I never received it and no one answered the phone even though I waited for 10 minutes. This place is just god awful and I don’t understand how they’re still even in business.

The worst customer service, they consistently quote times that are HOURS less than actual arrival time. This location is pathetic, don’t order from here

Okay, it’s Domino’s and you can’t expect anything extravagant, I get that. But really though, the service here can’t get any SLOWER. Never listen to the estimated delivery time… Just tack on a good hour or so, if you’re lucky enough. As a college student, Domino’s is quite the staple, but if you’re not going to be responsive, then what’s the point? I’m sure I could order from a small pizza stop on the opposite side of the country and still get it faster. Oh, what’s even worse is when they give you the wrong pizza. Cold. Wrong. Pizza. Are you serious? Come on.

They do not pick up the phone. I waited for over 8 minutes for someone to pick up before hanging up. They have also in the past delivered the wrong pizza. Don’t order from here unless you need to.

WARNING: this domino’s does not give refunds to customers! Even if your order is messed up or(in my case) DOESNOTEVERARRIVE. I was visiting my son in Boston last week and he wanted to order a pizza. I ordered online because they have coupons on their website. After waiting an hour, I called the store to see if everything was OK. The employee responded that he wasn’t sure but that the«order was probably going to be delivered.» After waiting a total of 2HOURS and still not receiving my order, I finally called to cancel the order. The employee said it would take 5 – 7 business days. Fine. Yesterday my son goes back into the store with order information to get our refund. The employee said that they were so busy, he could not even look at it. Plus, he claimed he didn’t have authority to give refunds. NEVER go to this Dominos if you value your money. They simply refuse refunds. It is disgraceful, and I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.

I used to order from domino’s back in California. It was good. However, today my husband and I decided to order from here. Wrong decision. Worst thing ever. Food was bad, the bread sticks I ordered were soaked in oil, the veggies in the Mediterranean sandwich were burned and the only spinach leave i found in the sandwich was crunchy from the burning as well. Service: took us few minutes before being helped by the cashier although, we were the only ones inside the restaurant. If they continue like this, all they will get are NOT satisfied or returning customers. I am not ordering from here again!

This was the worst experience with pizza delivery that I have had in my entire life. It took 3 hours for a reasonable order to be delivered 10 minutes down the street. All of the food arrived ice cold, and the staff at the store never picked up the phone during this time period. I strongly advise anyone to avoid ordering their garbage food.

These are the facts: –we were notified that our estimated time was 35 – 45 minutes. Pizza did not arrive for 1.5 hours. It arrived COLD. –We also ordered Cheesy Bread. Cheesy Bread was obviously cold and missing the garlic sauce we ordered. –I called an associate, David, and explained the situation(nicely) and he kept interrupting me, giving me excuses, and completely ignoring the fact that«the customer is always right» He said he’d give me a free pizza. I got off the phone with him forgetting about asking about getting a refund for the cheesy bread. –My husband heard the whole thing and called right back. David, says: «it’s not our fault» «we don’t have enough drivers» «take it up with corporate because it’s not our fault» «We don’t have control over the website so take it up with corporate» «I’m crediting you a free pizza of your choice because I felt bad for you» My husband asked for the manager, Nicole, and David said, «she can’t talk to you, we’ve already made the decision» My husband was being extremely nice the entire time, but David proceeded to give him attitude refusing to put Nicole, the manager, on the phone. And finally, David said, «we will not refund your cheesy bread and this is going nowhere.» and he HANGSUP immediately. This establishment does not believe in customer service. We don’t understand how a manager of a business can be this rude and let their employees be this rude to customers. My husband and I both have worked in customer service jobs and are understanding of certain situations but this was absolutely terrible. We will be ordering our pizzas elsewhere going forward.

I used to enjoy Dominos, and I think the pizza is OK as far as it goes. My complaint is about the service. It _used_to be good. Recently, it has plummeted. The delivery time is unreasonably high — over 1.5 hours. Further, when I called to ask for a status update, I got bad attitude from the manager telling me it was basically my fault. Guess I’ll find another place from here on out, because this is my last order.

Let me put this plain and clear by simply stating the facts: — Domino’s delivered the wrong pizza to me while I was home sick from work — I called the next day to let them know(I was sick, and had no appetite that day so I didn’t look at the pizza immediately) — I spoke with the manager at the Boylston location(store 3741), named Nicole, and she was not willing to even discuss the situation with me because I did not call immediately when the pizza was delivered. — She told me there was no way to know what I ordered(even after reading back the details of my order based on the phone number). — Nicole(the manager) proceeded to hang up on me after I tried to discuss what happened(again, simply telling them they gave the wrong pizza; a pizza that I did not want) All I wanted was an acknowledgement of the issue, but instead I was hung up on by the very impolite manager. This is not how to serve your customers, Domino’s on Boylston. I am fairly confident that I will not be graced with a response, but if I’m wrong, I’m open to reconsidering my review.

I wish I could give zero stars. It wasn’t that it was late the food just never arrived. You know what I understand that I ordered my pizza late and it was probably a busy night but I ordered before you were closed and my order went through. If you can’t take my order or if it’s not coming let me know before hand and don’t waste my time. I waited a full 2 and a half hours for the pizzas, I tried calling later to see what was going on and I just got a loop of the answering machine. It was late and I get it people want to sleep but don’t wast my time or take away from my sleep. Never ordering from here again and I’m going to make sure people that I know don’t either.

The pizza is great. The pizza tracker is not. Half the time, the thing doesn’t even work or just stops working halfway through. It makes online ordering a hassle because I have no idea when the pizza is going to get here. Fix it.

First and foremost with respect to taste, as far as fast food goes, I would have given it 4 stars. After all, when you review a Dominos, more or less you wanna tell people if it stacks up to a good Dominos. Everyone else who bases the rating compared to a legit pizza place is just confused and makes these ratings difficult to interpret. Anyway: So why not 4 stars. Well their service kinda sucks… like a lot. I’ll describe 3 separate deliveries (all these through their online delivery system) 1) Some time back in 2012 Order was really messed up. Called and complained. Promised me they would give me credit for the next order. Called up another time to credit that order and surprise surprise they had no idea what I was blabbing about(2012) 2) Decided to give them a 2nd try 2014(Like Jan) They had a new guy delivering the food who I guess never ever heard of GPS. At one point based on the address he read on the building realized he was just a few blocks away but somehow it took him ANOTHER30mins to end up back here. Sigh 3) I was desperate and it was late so I tried a 3rd time Feb 2014. Came on time. Cold pizza again. It’s winter so I’d be more forgiving if when I opened the box it hadn’t looked like he literally played frisbee with the box before he got here. None of the slices were even attached to each other.

Stuck at Logan airport… Lots of people and kids stranded. Was gonna buy 10 pizzas to help out. But the 4.4 miles according to Unilocal(closest available and open) was too far for them to deliver! After a wild goose chase, the 5 other closest Dominos were closed, or didn’t deliver here either! Bad customer service this time!

Well, I’ve learned my lesson about awarding a mediocre chain restaurant five stars. I love the Domino’s online ordering system that lets you order and pay for your pizza, track it through the pizza baking process, and anticipate its delicious hot arrival at your home. However, this system has broken down for me a few times recently and last night finally ruined the experience. Two of our more recent orders were really subpar – overcooked pizzas with browned cheese and a dried-out texture. While I was annoyed by this, I did not consider it a deal-breaker, given that the pizza was usually good. Last night I ordered two pizzas around 9 pm. At 9:18, according to the tracker, they were removed from the oven and«quality checked.» Around 10:15, they finally arrived at our apartment, which is less than a mile away from Domino’s. I’d been hoping the times on the tracker were off, but judging by the cool temperature of the pizza(and accompanying rubbery texture), this was in fact one hour old pizza. Note to Dominos: If your deliveries are backed up, consider holding off on baking the pizzas until close to when you can get them out the door. Your customers aren’t going to be happy about paying for cold pizzas. We called to complain and they credited our account one free medium pizza for our next order. I’m not sure we’ll ever redeem this. The advantages of Domino’s were that it is cheap, fast, and pretty good pizza. Lately it’s been neither fast nor good. So what’s the point?

I’m a sucker for terrible chain pizza, so when I wanted lunch on a dreary day at work, Domino’s it is. Over an hour and 15 minutes later I’m still hungry. If my food ever gets here I’ll update. *** 1:45 update. food arrived. cold, but still relatively delicious! upgraded to 2 stars***
