Catering with Distinction

We hired Andrew to cater our son’s Bar Mitzvah this Saturday night at our temple. His food was outstanding and the service impeccable. We’ve received numerous texts and calls saying it was the best food they’ve ever had at a party. Andrew is super easy to work with and even came out to talk to one of my guests who was gluten free. The peking duck appetizer was outrageous and the sliders delicious. The plating of the dinner (Filet & Salmon) was incredible. It looked as good as it tasted. I noticed many tables with empty plates. The most incredible part was that Andrew catered the Bat Mitzvah party at the temple that day as well as ours that night. Incredible. I would highly recommend using Andrew and look forward to having him do my younger son’s in a few years!

Andrew catered for us during our wedding at the Wang Theatre. We are very pleased with the service and level of details he and his associates provided. Our guests were raving about the food. It was a hectic day and I didn’t have the chance to fully enjoy the food. But Andrew’s team took good care of us and bring food, and water to our wedding party throughout the day. They also saved us food after all the events in the reception.
Andrew also provided us rentals of tables, chairs, utensils and such. My wife and I spent quite sometime to shop around and compared price. They have very competitive rates. One of the reason we chose him.
Andrew is very considerate and helpful in our wedding day as well as the preparation. We are grateful of his help and service so that we could have a successful day.
I will keep in touch with him for any future catering need. I have no reservation to recommend him.

I went to a bar mitzvah this past weekend and Andrew catered the luncheon. Everything was wonderful. The passed appetizers were delicious. Andrew pays attention to detail– the appetizer serving platters were beautiful (the tuna appetizer was served on a tray with seashells – so clever!). You never had to wait for the appetizers to come by and you didn’t have the same type twice in a row.
The luncheon was delicious. The salmon was cooked to perfection and still warm even while serving over 100 people! Andrew also chose the wine for the meal, the white wine went perfectly with both the salmon and chicken entrée and the red wine was wonderful.
The wait staff was attentive and so nice. Andrew was also there the entire evening and even passed out warm cookies for us to take home! I would highly recommend them for any catering occasion!

We hired Andrew again to cater the luncheon at our daughter’s bat-​mitzvah. I really can not brag enough about him both as a professional chef and as a person. He is so amazing at guiding you when it comes to making menu choices which could be an overwhelming experience. He was so helpful with the decoration. We didn’t want to spend the money hiring a decorator and our daughter was adamant about using edible center pieces. Andrew came up with a wonderful idea of incorporating beautifully decorated (and VERY delicious!) cupcakes as center pieces. He really has a magical way of listening to what his clients want and goes out of his way to make it happen. And of course, the food was as phenomenal as always. Many of our guests commented on the various dishes and were thrilled to personally meet Andrew, who stayed through the whole event.
