Bakery and café. Ice cream with fresh fruit topping. Stopped here for food just before airport. They have a bakery side with small selection of hot empanadas and some other pastry wrapped hot items. Noted after we picked these that the locals had ordered other items like soups etc. But the beef and chicken empanadas we had were incredible! Potato and meat filling with a crisp delicious crust. Then there were these smaller perfectly round ball things that looked a bit like a croquetta but turned out to be sort of like a cross between a fried donut and angel food cake and a hush puppy. OMG!
