It’s such a shame, because I have thus far had an amazing experience at MGH Women’s Health Associates. Everyone from insurance to scheduling to the saint who draws my blood are simply wonderful. Dr. Carr, on the other hand, has been rude, condescending, and makes me feel like I’m wasting her time. I never understood what people were talking about when they said doctors make them nervous, upset, or uncomfortable, but Dr. Carr has left me in tears without the answers or help I need — now I get what all the anxiety and frustration is about. Due to the exceptional quality of the office in every other regard, I plan to stay in the practice but switch PCPs.
