Like my girl Stephanie from full house used to say«How Rude» this place needs to shut down immediately! I swear when I am in this place I am not in America anymore, They started doing delivery which I thought was Amazing, But til they learn how to get their orders correct and learn how to take fault in their orders this delivery service situation will soon be deceased MAJORERROR!!! I did a delivery in this location now when you do delivery instead of going inside BK the food is a lot more expensive ordering from online then going inside the BK funny part is the food is made Way better when you order it online I don’t know how and I don’t know why but it’s so delicious! than it is going inside the restaurant ordering, the sad part is when they forget your burger they do it constantly the delivery guy does not come back to your house with lost purchase and when you go inside to explain or you call management even if you have a reciept they will deny they owe you a burger or more so now you have lost money for a something you did not receive, Just because they don’t want to give it to you they constantly do this I have lost $ 15 bucks in total on lost burgers Hell! with this place they don’t have to worry about me trying delivery from them again, I would rather go to the location so that way when they do the«The Missing Burger Non Refundable Prank on me again» I can just go over the counter and choke out manager with my bare hands while he’s calling for help in Spanish! Ooh yeah Did I failed to mention this place is top knotch ghetto??? Because it totally is…

Rude to sum this place up. Yells and doesn’t know how to take an order. I don’t like fast food to begin with but this ghetto Burger King needs to fire that Spanish manager and teach there employees to read. I come here once in a while and the service is okay from time to time. I mainly go through the drive thru and sometimes the workers are friendly while other times they don’t look happy. Went here yesterday and they ran out of onion rings, sweet and sour sauce and BBQ sauce. The weekend before they ran out of onion rings as well. I definitely wasn’t happy about that!

The drive thru girl was sooooo nice. I asked to substitute my drink for an iced coffee not realizing I didn’t know the flavor) she was very quick to let me know then without my having to ask. Ingot Vanilla by the way. We’ve come to this location before and it’s usually pretty standard. Peeking in the window it looks pretty clean, it was nice to not hear a while lot of swearing going on with the teenage crew. Bad timing on my ordering buffalo tenders as it took quite a while to receive the food after ordering. We sat at the window for probably 5 mins with just our drinks, no one let us know why we were waiting so I just assumed, it would have been nice they had told us. Unfortunately whenever there is a backlog in the kitchen you know the order is going to be wrong. We had to pull over and go inside when our desserts were left out of the bag. All in all it was a fine experience.

Placed a simple order for a Oreo shake with no whip cream. I was handed a regular shake instead. When I asked the idiot behind the counter which happened to be the«assistant» manager«Carlos» who made the drink for me that I asked for a Oreo shake with no whip cream, I got an attitude and was told this is what I asked for, I had to point to the receipt where it says Oreo shake/no whip cream, after I requested«Carlos» make me a new drink, I left it right there on the counter and told him to drink it himself and walked out. This«Carlos» guy must be fired, he clearly needs more training in customer service. I’ve been to this location more than once and noticed his aggressive impatient behavior with other customers.

The drive-thru is the slowest drive-thru that I have ever been through! Seriously, when I am in a hurry I go inside! Food is decent but service is lacking. Moët people working here are not that friendly. It’s close to where my client is but that’s pretty much the only reason I keep coming back!
