My Boston Taxi cab driver wanted payment in cash upon entering his car at Boston Logan to Boston’s Back Bay area because he claimed is credit card system was not working. I told him I only had a credit card for payment and asked if it was best if I find another cab. Without responding to me he started driving. That should have been a clue.
I’ve made this trip half a dozen times and including a generous tip I know this should have been $ 30-​$ 35 max, usually around $ 28. Well, I noticed he took a roundabout route to scam me for additional fare which ended up under $ 50 with a meager tip which I now regret giving. And BTW, his credit card machine worked just fine!
And during the ride, I was suspicious of the route and asked why he took it. The cabbie said it was because of traffic. I checked Google for real time traffic and noticed that we had way more traffic than the normal route.
I wanted to write this review to let others know how this company operates. Please be aware of Boston Taxi Company and their practices.

Terrible, terrible company. They showed up an hour late for my pick up, overcharged me $ 150 on my credit card, and then refused to provide a refund. I’m taking them to small claims court. Avoid them at all costs.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! I paid a round trip and they never picked me up for the ride home … They tried to charge me twice on my way to the airport but I caught it … Driver told me that they just needed to slide the card I already paid with!!! Nobody picks up the phone or answers the online support once you have paid.

I would never call these people for a cab. We called them last night and they said they would send a cab right out. One of their cabs pulls up and just as my son is ready to grab the handle the driver sped away. I called and left a very angry voicemail and asked that the manager call me back. Never heard back from them. Avoid this cab company!

I have to echo what the other reviewers have written here. This company does not answer phone calls and left no information about my reservation in the «confirmation email» sent to me. Also, their cancellation policy is completely outrageous (30 days notice to cancel a reservation?). I can’t comment on the taxi experience because I decided to go with another company, which ended up screwing me over because of their cancellation policy. I would avoid this company at all costs because of their unwillingness to communicate with their customers.

This website is not an actual limo service. It is FRAUDULENT, they will steal your money. I booked an airport pickup, and they did not show up, and when I called the number, nobody answered. I disputed the charge on my credit card, but they simply charged me again for double the amount. DO NOT USE! This is NOT a real limo service, simply a fraudulent way to steal your money!
