I’ve bought various clothes at Blank Label, including my wedding suit, and have been blown away by their service and attention to detail. Mike in particular has been great. There have been several times when something came in which looked good to me, but then Mike noticed details that were off and decided to send the item back for minor alterations to make it just right. Mike has also never upsold me and will recommend if he thinks an additional feature is not needed or might detract from my piece of clothing. The experience contrasts with Men’s Warehouse, where they try to upsell you on everything.
I hope Blank Label retains this attention to detail and great customer service as they expand. Highly recommended!

I love Blank Label! They have beautiful fabrics for shirts and are constantly adding new fabrics per season. My style consultant Ben is friendly and knowledgeable. I do not second guess his advice but ultimately working with him makes me a more informed client. I do own a few shirts and a suit from BL. I feel that most of their items are high quality. I docked a star because one of my shirts had shrunk significantly after wash and my remake shirt also suffered the same fate (although I has been told that particular fabric is pre-​shrunk). I came by for a visit today because I was in the market for summer casual shirting. I think Blank Label does a great job advertising their young brand and their customer service is among the best that I had encountered.

Excellent experience and shocked and the cost. For $ 950 you receive a custom tailored suit and three custom tailored shirts the fit was perfect and if you want to order more say in a different color just email and pick up two weeks later!
