I have had back problems since I was 19. I still get the occasional flare ups. Dr. Nair has treated me several times and I go back to home whenever I need adjusting. He has a great bedside manor, he is professional and always gets me back on my feet again. Furthermore, his office is clean and very inviting. You are set at ease the moment you walk through the door. If your back is giving you problems, please go see him! You will be glad you did!

I’ve tried several chiropractors in the area, and find Back to Life to be the best! After I moved out of Dorchester to Somerville, I tried some in the area but choose to travel to Ashmont because I can’t find anyone I like more! He is a great doctor, and very respectful of my wishes. I prefer holistic treatment if at all possible and he has been willing to work with me as much as possible. I plan to continue seeking treatment for TMJ and Neck pain there as long as I need it.

Dr Nair is excellent and the office is beautiful great job, but most importantly i have been suffering from neck problems for years due to sports and and weightlifting and a few accidents unfortunately, so with having a chronic issue i am able to get more relief then ever since i have been treated by Dr Nair, was weary about Chiropractic work and have been before to others but i can honestly say this is where i will stay, very professional and very knowledgeable!!! i will continue with his treatment as it works for me and chronic pain is no fun for anyone, so i highly recommend back to life chiropractic & wellness also helps location is great and easy parking and great green tea :)

Excellent chiropractic practice in the city of Boston. I have been to a chiropractor before, but I was greatly impressed by Dr. Nair’s practice. He has a skilled hand and clearly has the latest equipment to assist. I had some lower back strain from a bicycling accident and he provided an immediate assessment and assistance with both e-​stim, heat and adjustment all with a very pleasant bedside manner. Thanks Dr. Nair — a great asset to have in the city proper. I’ll be back if I have any more issues…
