There is a female employee here, around 50-​ish, who is whacked! I have purchased several pieces here, and when I brought back a knife after using it once and it turned rusty and spotted, I was treated so rudely. This woman told me that she doubted that I purchased it from them as it didn’t look familiar, like she knows every piece (there must be thousands) in the shop intimately. Another employee intervened, and he reluctantly took the knife and gave me a repair ticket, telling me they would «look into it.» I was called and told that the knife was ready and that I owed for the repair — which I never agreed to — and the repair cost was the exact amount I paid for the knife! I went into the store prepared to pay for the repair and just get the knife back. I took out my credit card and gave the woman my repair ticket. She handed me the knife, and it looked exactly the same as when I brought it in. All rusted and spotted. So I quietly asked her what I was paying for — THIS WOMAN TOLD ME I WAS RUDE AND ABUSIVE, ORDERED ME OUT OF THE STORE AND TOLD ME NEVER TO COME BACK! I think the older woman owns the store, which is a shame as I have made purchases with her and she is very nice. The other woman is just plain nuts.
