I made an appointment after being referred by my primary care physician. When I arrived at appointment I was informed that in addition to my insurance information and co-pay that office policy is to «leave a credit card on file» in the event of a future delinquency. I refused and left. Clearly this practice is more interested in making sure they are paid even with insurance and co-pay than patient care. Does anyone see the absurdity of this policy? If I could rate less than«1», I would.
