Brought in a watch with a missing piece. Was told that it would take sometime to locate the part and put it together. They called me a few days later that they could order it and the same time gave me an estimate. I gave them the go-​ahead and a week later they had it fixed like new. No hassle, was quick.
Some other jeweler in the building sent me in their direction for the part I needed and it paid off.

As a small business owner we’ve known A Cohen for 20 years or so now.
The friendliest owner with wonderful and knowledgeable members on the staff.
They have fixed old watches for us, the oldest was made in 1920. They can help with any of your watch needs with quick service.
A Cohen has wonderful, fast service and are always honest. They price fairly and no surprises.

As a sales rep in the industry for tools and supplies it’s refreshing to still find fully stocked distributors like A Cohen around. If they don’t have it they can get it for you. Give the guys a call or visit for your tools

I received a message from the owner, which helped a bit wit the mishap from my last review.
However, I went here with my partner a few weeks back to buy some more silver. Their mark-​up was absurd! It was ~$ 10 more per ounce than the market price! For anyone familiar with the precious metals market, that sort of mark-​up on silver is absurd.
In the end, we skipped A Cohen and bought some scrap silver from one of the antique shops on Bromfield street. Their mark-​up was much more reasonable.

Terrible customer service. Went with friend to buy some supplies and the guy who waited on us was unbelievably rude and condescending. Even swore a couple of times.
Suggestion: bring your business elsewhere!
