After my family and I placed an order for 6 sandwiches, through the drive thru, I decided to be polite to the customers behind us and pulled off without checking our order. My fault!!! Not 1 sandwich was toasted and none of the 6 had cheese on them. I called the store and spoke to the manager she could not have been more rude! I will not return to and Subway owned by John Fleming unless I get a verbal apology. I’m not looking for a handout nor am I looking for my order to be corrected or replaced, just a verbal apology.
