Unilocal came through again! Stopped by on a Saturday at 11 am– a mechanic met me at my car when I pulled up and promptly pulled my car into the garage. They physically showed me how disgusting my air filter was rather than just replacing it without my consent, and explained their prices up front. They vacuumed the front seats of my car, changed the air filter and oil all in less than 20 minutes. Awesome!

I used to be a frequent Meineke customer until they completely changed their staff and they tried to upsell me on things I knew I didn’t need. Today was my first time in Nichols and they were absolutely wonderful. All the guys were so sweet and very helpful. I came in for an oil change and received above and beyond service. They even cleaned my car a bit! I will definitely be returning here. Oh and they also had it done in about 10 minutes. Awesome!

I was traveling across the country from Florida to California and the light came on for an oil change. Saw the reviews for this place and decided to stop. Well worth the 2 mile drive off I-​20. It was 8 minutes from the time I pulled in until the time I pulled out again with fresh oil. Staff were courteous and as previously stated, didn’t try and upsell me on a more expensive product. Just happened to show up on ladies day for $ 3 off. Would recommend without hesitation.

I was in and out under 10 minutes. No joke. Five guys worked on my car. Really nice guys. I was passing through town but if I lived here, this would be my oil change place.
I initially went to Sears in Bossier, what a disaster. I was told 1hr and a half and when I came back, my car was still in the same place I had left it, untouched. Then Don told me that I would have to wait another ½ hour. No thanks. I don’t have time for incompetence. I recommend Nichols instead.

This place does a great job and does the work fast. There are a lot of oil change places out there that try to talk the customer into spending a lot of money on things they don’t really need. This place doesn’t do that. For instance I asked them to change my windshield wipers the attendant gave me a choice between two kinds. When I asked what the difference was he said «For one $ 10!» A lot of other places would have just slapped the overpriced wipers on and charged me. I have been a customer for 6 years now and have always been satisfied. Ladies call and ask when ladies day is, I think it’s Thursday, but they give 10% off.
