Had to get a mattress in a hurry. Maggie was extremely helpful and let me try a wide array of options. Found the perfect mattress at a great price. Highly recommend!

Visited store to inquire about a new mattress replacement and Jason and Tony were very helpful in locating merchandise that fit my needs. Awaiting delivery to see if his technique of «fitting» to a bed works. He indicated that spine alignment in critical and showed me pictures on my phone of how my body rests on several different floor units and why one would be better than the other for my frame in different positions.

Buyer Beware! I purchased a mattress which didn’t feel quite like the demo in the store. I called and they offered a «comfort exchange» if I paid the delivery fee. They also recommended I try breaking the mattress in further by walking around the edges. Long story short I kept it for 3 months and the center indentation got worse. They recommended I contact customer service. After sending numerous pictures via email I discovered I had been sold a previously owned mattress with a yellow tag and they offered to do a «warranty exchange» immediately. The new mattress is exactly as good as the demo one in the store the two stars are for selling a previously used mattresses without informing the buyer and then denying it!
