All the food I have gotten from here to grill or cook in the oven has been fantastic! If u have kids who don’t like spicy I wouldn’t recommend any of the stuffed jalapeño stuff. They said oh no, it’s not to spicy. Kids thought they were gonna die after a one bite lol

I am glad Bergeron Boudin has two locations, one in Shreveport which is near my house and another one in Bossier City which is near my lovely lil friend, Brooklyn’s house. :”) I love love love it here. If you are craving good Southern food, come here! They always welcome you with smiles. :”)

This place is amazing. If you are looking for prepared meats, side dishes or condiments, this is your place. One of the best assortments of sausage flavors around. And for lunch, I suggest pork shanks and boudin balls. Not big on their BBQ sandwiches, but everything else I’ve had is the absolute bomb! Seriously, try it now!

My husband and I travel full time in our motorhome and always enjoy trying the local cuisine and foodstuffs in the current area. We found this gem on Unilocal and couldn’t be more pleased! We picked up some shelf stable items for gift baskets, and also purchased some chicken and sausage gumbo, boudin balls, pork Tasso, and Andouille. If we lived in the area, we’d be regular customers! We WILL be back on our next visit to Shreveport!

Love love love the smoked chicken wings and the cracklins they have here. The staff is friendly and I have never waited more than 3 minutes. They have a wide selection of boudin and exotic meats. Their ribs are delicious and a must get when you stop by!

Unbelievable great place. Meat pies are outstanding and the boudin is just as good. The cracklings are not the best I’ve every had but they were ok. Service was outstanding and I’ll be back when I’m in that part of the country.

This place is great! They have so much more than just a good meat market. They have a huge selection of prepared Cajun dishes you can buy to bring home & warm & serve. So easy & so delicious! I live in New Orleans & make it a point to stop by every time
I come to Shreveport. Picked up bread pudding to bring to a Christmas party this weekend that was a huge hit!

What a cool place. They have a great selection of all sorts of foods. It’s more than Cajun meats.
The Boudin was great and I was a big fan of the hot crawfish pies. We purchased the pork loin with jalapeño and cream cheese stuffed. Great flavor.
The staff was very friendly and the prices were fair.

This is a AWESOME place to buy meats for your family. I shop here on a weekly basic my kids love the jerky! I have recommend to lot of my friends and they all say the same thing. This is the go to place when you need to pick up a quick meal for your family.

I love to stop at this place on my way home and grab some tasty Cajun dishes. They offer frozen entrees or also hot cooked dishes as well. The crabmeat stuffed chicken was amazing! Also try the sweet potato casserole.
