We were lucky to find Phils on a Saturday night when our truck broke down. We were from out of town and needed to get home. Phil and Bob stayed late and worked for hours trying to fix what damage had been done by fueling up with bad gas (from another station). They did it! So thankful for such honest people. Would absolutely recommend this service shop– their kindness cannot be matched!

By far the best mechanics I have ever come across. I took my car here the six years I lived in Boone, every time Phillip and Ross provided excellent service and fair prices. I have developed a great trusting relationship with them, which I have found difficult to do with most mechanics. For that reason, if possible, I always make the two hour trip from Charlotte to get the most honest opinion on the best course of action for my car. Fantastic work, service, and prices! Thanks guys!

I could not say one bad thing about Phil’s Citgo Service Center! Phillip consistently did great work, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. They were always available to answer my calls and any questions I had, and get back to me if they didn’t know offhand. I drove a 96′ Jeep GC with over 200,000 miles and they kept me on the road throughout my 6 years in Boone. I wouldn’t take my car any other place.
