What a never ending headache I have had because of this store. I bought a phone from Trey in May… it is August and I am still getting billed from my old phone never being turned in by the store. And everytime I call I get blown off with no follow through on their end to fix their mistake. Will never go back to this store and wish I never had.

Had a really great experience here today, when I went in to have a look at the iPhone4 and the new HTC Thunderbolt. I got there around 11:30 and all the registers were busy with customers it seems that’s the case with most verizon/​go wireless stores. While the store was busy, they still had time to greet me and tell me they’d be right with me. It’s funny, but anymore now this is something of a customer service «treat»…even though it should be a matter of course. Rachel came and showed me the phones I was interested in and easily ran down the pros and cons of each one. She took plenty of time with me going through the features of each phone and then once i made my decision she set up the new line, transferred everything to my new phone and I was on my way.
