Easily the best location I have ever been to. Cannot beat this staff. Knowledgable, polite, and don’t pressure me to spend my whole paycheck. If your in the area and looking for a game I definitely say stop by.

I am writing this review to compliment Ian, an employee of Game Stop in Bonney Lake. I am a mother of a teenaged boy, who frequents this particular Game Stop store. I have noticed, during our many visits, that Ian is particularly helpful to people who are not gamers. As a mother, I appreciate his willingness to help customers who don’t necessarily know what games kids are interested in that would be appropriate for their age group. I don’t mind waiting while he helps others find the gifts that they need. My son feels comfortable asking questions about coupons and specials (usually he is embarrassed to ask any questions) and Ian is always very helpful and knowledgeable. This is our video game store of choice. Thanks Ian!
