This business is AWESOME! They have the name brands if you so chose but they also have other options that are sometimes better at a fraction of the cost. Very friendly. I have will continue to tell my friends and family this is the spot to go for windows and doors.

I needed window replacements for my house in big bear lake so I needed window that wood keep me comfortable in winter and still be affordable, I found tony to be very interested in my needs. When we first decided to purchase windows for our home we got a few estimates from different companies. We signed with a company but honestly felt forced into it as the salesman wouldn’t leave our house without a signature. We cancelled within our 3-​day right and paused in looking for another company. Needless to say my husband and I had a sour taste left in our mouths but after a few weeks we decided to get another estimate from SurePro which was a local company we hadn’t spoken to yet.
Peter came out to our home and treated us with respect and let us sit on the price for a few days and didn’t bother or make us feel pressured at any time. Our windows came fast and we are extremely pleased with not only the work done, but with the professionalism of the installers! They were courteous, did not smoke or curse and were very friendly.
The work was done with quality and we honestly could not be happier. The windows we have made such a huge difference in the sound that was coming in from our busy street and also on the heat because our living room was always so hot since the sun shines right in. I HIGHLY recommend SurePro! Not to mention their prices were ridiculously better than others for the SAME window!

Great Customer Service! We have an older house that needed 7 new windows and a sliding glass door. It was done in a day! The staff was very nice and considerate of our home and family. They worked untill it got dark and were great at problem solving when we hit a couple snags! We love our new windows and sliding glass door!
