Vape King was the first place vape store I’ve visited since moving to Florida. That being said I will never go to another vape shop. Vinny, Ben and the rest of the crew are always very kind, knowledgable and helpful. I never feel pressured into buying anything and always value their opinion. Laura (the owner) is very nice as well and always has a presence in her store. Every product is quality and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to check out their new Fort Meyers location and thanks for all the help and advice!

A little over a year ago i walked into the vape king knowing i wanted to quit smoking when i was greeted not by one employee but all three that were working that day. When then speaking with Laura the owner, started asking me what i was looking for, and then started showing me different options, not pushing me into anything just sharing her knowledge with me about the different vapes… which i really liked it, no pressure to buy anything… Now a year later we go in 1 to 2 times a week, greeted with smiles and the staff knows us all by name… The safe at the vape king are all very knowledgable on the product that they sell… I would recommend the VAPE KING to anyone!

I have shopped at several other vapor shops in Naples, and I have found that not only does Vape King have the best selection for all of your needs, but their customer service is outstanding, and they are so personable caring for all of your needs.
Vape King will custom make your juice, and if you want to quit smoking. Vaping works! I haven’t had a cigarette in months, and each time I purchase a new bottle of juice, I go down on my nicotine level. Wow, no smell, and since you can create your own blend, taste so much better than any cigarette. I don’t even want to pick up another cigerette… eww.
I have had the opportunity to be helped by Ben and Nick, wow… they both took so much time to help me. With Nick, I was having problems with a leak in my tank, and he looked at it, and figured out two problems that were wrong with it in seconds, and corrected it for me. He gave me great information, and I was on my way.
I can’t say enough about Ben, he’s helped me twice and has gone out of his way to make me a very happy customer both times. He took his time while I was selecting a new battery, and then checked each one making sure that it was working at top performance before leaving the store. I was in yesterday to purchase some things, and once again, I was wowed by his kindness, care and the time he took with me.
Even though I’m a senior, he treated me like an old friend. I love this warm hearted, kind and gentle young man. What an asset to any business, it’s so evident that he is devoted to his employer.
I don’t know where the owner finds these out-​standing employees, but she is truly blessed to have such impressive young men working for her.

I no longer do business with Vape King because of the way I have been treated there by a certain employee of theirs, and also because their store manager when told about it did nothing about it, and acts like he could not care less. Their store manager just told me to go talk to the owner. Why? He’s the store manager, it’s his job to handle it, but he chose not to, and I chose not to go back there again. I saw him today at their flea market booth and told him didn’t want to go back to the store and why, He clearly didn’t care at all, and just told me to go to Royal Vapors.
I was talked down to by his employee, ridiculed, made fun of, and I know this person has bad-​mouthed me to other customers while I was in the store, He deliberately gave the wrong juice, which, after having vaped through 390 ml of that juice I know when I’m not vaping it, so I know this person did this deliberately. I don’t know why this person there at Vape King hates me so, but it doesn’t matter, I won’t be back. It seems quite clear they don’t want my business anyway, even after all I’ve spent there. I’ve since heard I’m not alone in this, and apparently it’s okay with management there if their employees want to gratuitously abuse customers for the fun of it.
