I’ve always been suspicious of sliced Italian sausage on a pizza instead of bulk sausage. I think slices are from unsold Italian sausages, I can’t prove that, I just think that. Our pizza was a gooey mess. Carry out service was prompt, restaurant wasn’t very busy. It is unlikely that I would try this restaurant again.

We decided to try Martinellis because it is so close to our house. First off, the man taking our order could not understand English. Had to spell and repeat everything numerous times. My guests were roaring listening to me trying to place a simple order. Then the pizza arrived over an hour later after I made another call. Should have guessed it would take long since just ordering took 15 minutes! The pizza was a moosh of uncooked dough in the center with a few pieces of pepperoni and no cheese. I should have looked at it before I paid for it. We had to cook it in the oven for 20 minutes and add cheese. Expensive too! I have never had such a bad experience with a pizza. Think it must be under new ownership.

I called to place a pick up order and the male worker that answered the phone was SO rude! SO rude that I told him I’ll call back (but didn’t) because I didn’t even want to order from there! I will never order food from them again.

The food is decent. The service is terrible.
I placed an online order and I instantly knew it would be a mistake. First of all, they have their website misspelled on their own take out menus.
Secondly, the pricing is different from the online website as compared to the take out menu.
And finally, the website submitted an erroneous order (I had ordered a veal parm sandwich and instead ended up with a veggie stromboli)
I understand errors with technology occur. The appropriate way to deal with this is to apologize to the customer and provide them with a refund or the appropriate order. The WRONG way to deal with this is to insist that the veggie stromboli was printed on the order ticket and that’s all they’re responsible for.
Plenty of other Italian places in the area. I can definitely see why they are always empty/​quiet when I poke my head in. Good riddance.

First time ordering food at this restaurant as we are new to the area. We stopped in yesterday to see the menu and a very nice staff member not only gave my husband a menu to take home but also gave him a coupon for a discount. Today the staff member that took our take out order was very friendly and also very efficient. We ordered a Spaghetti/​Meat Sauce and a Create Your Own Pizza With Pepperoni & Onions. Our food was given to us piping hot and included 2 toasted bread rolls and a side container of grated cheese. Everything tasted wonderful. Really great and really homemade. Excellent value for the money. We definitely plan to be repeat customers.

Okay I love Martinelli’s Pizzeria, simply the best pizza, salads, ice cream and so on.
Been eating here about a year not one mistake, always nice. Extremely clean which is very important.

Was doing laundry so we decided to walk around the corner to try this pizza spot. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. We ordered the lunch special which include 2 slices of pizza extra for toppings and a fountain drink. I ordered pepperoni and he had sausage and pepperoni. excellent pizza!!! The sauce is so sweet will be back

Tried their Pizza for take out.
On time just out of oven pick up.
Wasn’t terrible but maybe the next best thing.
Leathery chewy tastless crust.
Kinda skimpy on the toppings and evidently they were running short of sauce. Best thing was the costco marinara we used to top coat and dunk the crust in.

Every experience here has been great. This place is just right. The staff and owners are friendly. The food is delicious and high quality. They have beer. Style and décor are appealing.
My favorites: pizza, gluten free pizza, steak sub, sausage sub. And there’s many more things I haven’t tried. A friend if mine loves meatball sub here. And they have edy’s ice cream if you are still hungry.
It’s easy to be a pizza snob coming from buffalo. These guys use high quality ingredients and it is obvious.
Tip: they have a large cheese pizza special for ten or eleven bucks.

Was staying at the Hyatt down the road and wanted to grab something to eat before heading to the airport, we stopped here and got delicious subs. At first we were a bit skeptical because they seemed expensive, but after our first time we realized it was worth the price! We got a chicken park and a turkey sub. I also loved that they served it on a cutting board.

The good: delivery was on time, pizza was hot, driver was fine, loads of ingredients on pizza. The sad:(pizza didn’t really taste special. Maybe cheese is not the best or perhaps I ordered wrong toppings. We had large pizza half totti cozza half ortolana. Will not order here again.

Owner hand made our pizza in front of us.
The «Martinelli» — spinach, olive oil, chopped roma tomatoes, broccoli, while sauce, fresh mozz & lots of love.
Moderate snap to the crust, very fresh veggies, and a side order of old fashioned italian personality and hospitality.
Hard to believe it’s in a strip mall, but still worth the slight jog on Coconut off 41 toward Three Oaks.
Not in my ‘hood, but I’ll make the trek again. Most of the other pizza in this town is weak, and this one exceeded expectations by a MILE!
